I finish all the last bits for our first completed bathroom renovation. This project took me 3months part time to complete and the end result looks good.

This week I installed a sewage system and believe me it took more than a week. Just make sure you get more info before you start from a plumber or someone that has done it once! Well if you have red this far I really hope you will send me a comment, I would love to know where my subscribers are from! Thanks for watching!

This is where I finish the bathroom tiles, getting the levels right for the shower and starting with the cutting of the wall tiles. This was an easy fun week.

Wow, job well done Johan. Ek wil weet van die stupid pypie?
Kassies!
How is your mother in law keeping up with all the noise or is she just concerned with the neighbours.
Why did you not use the existing drain system in the house?
@@antonylendrum4249 because I am not allowed to tap into it when it is running under the house, it was literally 2meters away!
soos dieselpyp, nie so lank nie, maar so vuil.
Skoon
Ho ho ho!
Happy holidays

Good work Johan a lot of hard work there, very good bricklaying, have a look at Skill builder how to prevent a bath from wobbling it’s very good he uses timber stretchers and supports.
@@lennykelly9952 thank you for the advice!

Nice
Needs subtitles
Yip, I am happy someone asked for subtitles.
You should always put plastic inserts into plastic pipe. ALWAYS. Anyone watching please remember. Good video for a first time👍 How did you bend the pipe? Did you heat it up?
Always plastic inserts. The pipe has a kind of metal tubing on the inside that makes bending very easy, obviously no sharp bends. Thx for comment, I learned the hard way with the plastic inserts!
@thatsouthafrican is that a specific pipe that has metal on the inside?
MLCP pipe?
I dont trust trust compression fittings. I did some a year ago as a temporary solution and now Im replacing them with crimp fittings, most of them had the o-rings broken or crushed. If you're doing that many fittings is better to just buy a crimping tool, manual or hydraulic, they cost around 80euros but the fittings are also cheaper, so you save 1 to 2euros on each fitting. Keep in mind the brass rusts and oxidize burried in the mortar. Good job anyways.
Mr worldwide
Johan, I am Irish enjoyed your video, but at 7.35 in the video you use a straight fitting with male iron to compression could you not have used a 90 degree male iron to compression you would not have had to chase the wall so wide in my country we call that a 15mm 315.
@@lennykelly9952 I never thaught of that, just a stupid error with much more effort. Thanks for comment and advice!

How did the self levelling work out ? Did it crack ?
Moooi
Kuns.
Puik, nou kan ek in privaat lekker stinkie los!
Jinne! :)
Dit is interdaad so! 🙌🏼🎉
Uitstekende werk... Hou so aan!
A lot of afrikaans words were spoken, could you maybe stick to english exclusively?
@@asswipe6019 Regso, lekker opbouende kommentaar, daar sal in die volgende 2videos ook nog so bietjie hê, kom ons kyk hoe voel die ander kykers ook. Dankie
