Hello Staycate! Yes, I was Ambassador during my travels to Thailand and it was amazing! It's always refreshing to be treated like a VIP and the room views of Bangkok were incredible thanks to the free upgrade they gave me as Ambassador. The membership helped me to be able to have an extra free night at the InterContinental in Bangkok, and I loved the bowl of fruit/drink/bar access/appetizer they let you choose from being an Ambassador. InterContinental Hotels are my favorite! How about you? Have you tried it?
@@eatpraylivetravel2638 I recently got Spire Ambassador and will give Intercontinental a try. I'm in the USA - we just get greeted with fees and taxes. IHG is stronger in Asia - that's where you get the fruit bowls. I used my ambassador night at Kimpton. Hotels in USA are in bad shape, lots of closures - but also they are doing huge promotions. I will upload IHG room views from California soon. I enjoyed yours. I plan on being in Asia next year so I am building up points to do Intercontinentals there.
