Nice cover, the guitar is a bit too loud though. Have you considered recording into a daw?? Your voice is too good to not be able to hear it well. Don't wanna come off as a dick, just commenting cause i had the same issue and recording into a Daw made my singing sound clearer.

You said something about wanting to make something people like. Art and in that sense music. It should be for yourself. Just put "yourself" out there. Idk if I'm weird but I find that making music or for other people takes away from the art. I admire the music that isn't made superficially or with fixation on what the listener will enjoy sound wise. I always admire the music that takes risks in the sound for the sake of expressing exactly what they intend to express emotionally. music shouldn't be about the perception, it should be about the art. Finding fulfilment in putting part of your life into a sound. It's just you. Screw what everyone else thinks. That's how I see it anyway, feel free to disagree.

wait I just realized I forgot another question too. "Do you like anime? If so, which one is your favorite?" I don't watch any but I've watched some since a friend of mine likes it and made me watch a few. I think they're fine and I feel like some people hate on them for no reason but yeah. I think they're cool, it's just not something I consume 👍🏻
