Hey man, I got 2 12” ATG subs running on the ATG 4500.1D.. I got it running 1 ohm but the damn amp keeps over heating. I have 6 gauge power and ground and 8 gauge speaker wire. That’s it. No extra battery’s or volt meter. Mannn it bangs bangs for 20 min and then it’ll stop and amp gets too hot lol. Ughhhh

1:17 nobody believes that bs max power rating because it follows the same mode of stacking output levels of amps.... a 4000 watt amp doesn't give you 4000 watts.... it'll give you a few different ways to hook them up, and if you add the total wattage of all those different options... you'll get that 4k number advertised...... I can't back any of this up with research tho..... just hear say and urban legends passed around car guys....

I’ve been thru 2 of those 12”w5000 subs blown them with Rockford fasgate power t 1500 amp
