When I did Grinch last year I started ordering my decor in the summer

I make 7/8 dishes for thanksgiving. This year will be my 3rd Christmas party. I don't cook all that food for christmas. We have party food and we wear pj's last year I had Grinch tree and we all wore Grinch PJ's. This year I have plaid and we have plaid pj's
