Using different speeds while mixing - not fair. You can see rotation of magnet is slover and vortex is different. Then one starts to wonder if other things are trustworthy... Otherwise looks promising.

I wish coke and pepsi didn't put burnt sugar into their drinks (shakes head) - do you know if the real sugar cokes (made in mexico) have dextrose based caramel color vs the USA's real sugar Pepsi? I like the pepsi a lot more, I'm wondering if its a cane sugar based caramel.

Carmine is a common red food coloring that is sourced from cochineal insects - because the color is sourced from insects, it is not considered vegetarian, kosher, or halal. We make colors from fruits and vegetables (like the purple corn in this video) to appeal to a wider audience! Thanks for your comment :)

I have to call into question the comment made about "gray Cheetos". Do you have a source for this? If a product is made from corn meal, logic would dictate that it would be pale yellow...unless your corn meal had expired several years ago and was covered in mold, I do not see how it could be gray. Perhaps you meant to say that it is the bright orange coloration of the "cheese" powder that is a neutral or lighter color until dye was added?
