How to know about this college ?
Gordon College to me was a source of community, musicology, spiritual formation and a tutelage in the lively arts. While I never actually attended, I took trumpet lessons from professors and sang in Choirs all through my Jr.High and Hogh School years training me well for my own spiritual growth in University in the Chicago, Illinois area.
I sincerely hope you all have ceased with the mask-wearing at this point. It's now 2023.... I see this was last year so I hope things have changed. If you all would just allow each person to make up their own minds as to whether or not you wear them or not.... it would be much better. Because I truly would rather get sick then live like that for one instant longer. I plan on singing and conducting like normal for the rest of my life. And I LOVE Messiah!!!!!!
So sad with the mask…poor students…they need air to sing.. That they did that- pffffff…
So disappointed the choir is in the dark, behind a screen and hidden by masks.

An amazing experience this was last year. I was the principal bassoonist. Such a pleasure to play such a masterpiece! Truly miss performing with the Gordon College Orchestra after graduating last year.
