The printer is printing in Chinese language and it is not recognizing the page gap. If I print 1 page it keeps printing in Chinees on 3 to 5 pages. please help. I need to print in English language

Cannot setup the Bluetooth printing. Please share information how to do that. Also, clicking on the 'Driver' link on the product page opens a new tab in Chrome, which then automatically closes. There has problem I faced with Xprinter Q838L printer. When customer billing length longer than 300mm, it goes to second bill. Bill not going continuously. It cut after 14 items print. ( Bill has 20 items)

we bought an xp-q851l printer and today we tried to connect it to a terminal in a cafe via a local network. Included with the printer was a CD with drivers. When the disk was inserted, the desired printer was not among the lists. Well, we picked up a similar xp-80c. As a result, they tried to connect it all day and nothing came out. Then we went to the official XP-Q851L POS Receipt Printer website, where we found the download driver button, this file did not contain our printer at all. Then we started Googling and watching UA-cam and found this video and from this video we realized that we needed a program to assign an IP address to the printer. We found a video by accident. Are you Chinese out of your mind? why didn't you attach the instructions and this program to the included disc? why wasn't this printer published on the website? I spent a day $tupidly picking at the wrong programs and drivers because of your $tupidity. Poor user support!

Hello Xprinter team! I have xprinter thermal device XP-420B version 1.036 CEZD with bluetooth, but now the bluetooth was not working couldn’t appear/scan both Android & Iphone , and the status “Bluetooth : No”, is there any guide to solve this ? To turn on the bluetooth manual, Thankyou!

To connect your Android phone they say to use the Ezlable app in Google play store. I downloaded this and was able to print lables without registering. I think its ad free also. I am not happy that i bought this printer only a couple of months ago and no where in instructions did it mention Ezlable. I spent a whole day scouring xprinter website and downloading their software on my s24 phone that was rejected due to bugs and not compatible with Android 14.
