I so very much enjoy watching your event from across the “pond”. It is an event with such class, that’s does NOT much of an appreciation here in the US. Please know that this yank really enjoy’s your fine taste in motoring! Thanks for sharing, Gentlemen!
Glad you enjoyed the video. It's great to get comments from all over the world. Looking forward to next year's event already.
Great video, thank you
Great video. Sadly too many riders just there for the day out without fundraising.
Wow, some fantastic bikes on show. And the people there, really seemed to have made an effort to dress up for the event 👏🏻 Great video Mike 👍🏻
That’s me and my girl on the speed twin in front! 😊 such a great day and cause 19:10
Haha I think I followed you for quite some time. I was worried about your girlfriends high heels on the silencer. Thought they might melt!
@@mikebusby1471 haha heels were alright but the scarf nearly took her head off in the rear wheel 🫣
Brilliant, video! Thankyou so much for the upload. 🏍️
Such a chaos & pollution... DGR's day, never again for me
What on earth are you talking about ! Considering there were over 700 bikes it all went very smoothly. 400 last year but many riders came to Guildford from other areas this year .....Pollution ? If worried about that then sell your bike I guess or buy an electric one ( joke 🤣).
I can’t deny there is some pollution. That is inevitable in an event of this type. But I assume you walk to work or the shops and don’t go on holiday. Otherwise that would be hypocritical… But. Chaos? I’m the organiser of the Guildford DGR and I genuinely don’t recognise the chaos you claim. Were you there? Although e had over 700 bikes there the traffic flowed in (and out!) of the High Street with minimal delay. Loseley House couldn’t have gone better and even with the quite limited space at the brewery nobody had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get in. I cannot complement all the volunteers enough for how the day flowed so smoothly!
@@nigelgower5757Hi Nigel , well said ! You and your team were brilliant. A huge logistical task completed very professionally and yet still managing to keep fun element and over £50k raised - superb.
Nice video You captured the Day. thank you for sharing your video.
Well I must say the Surrey DGR is the most classy I've ever seen....
A great record of the day. Nice to see the crowds waving you off, and others along the way. Thanks for sharing Mike.
Yes I agree. If you have to travel to the start it can be a wardrobe nightmare especially as it can be quite cold early in the morning.
I seems to me that there were a lot of riders that weren't very "distinguished" this year ! All leather of sorts. Not distinguished at all!! That's a pitty, because, to me, this is the hart and charme of this event. But as a fundraiser one shouldn't care? I dare to differ.
I understand your point but I guess it's impossible to enforce a "dress code" and to me anyone who gets off their arse and raises money for a good cause is by default "distinguished". A bigger issue is many riders coming for a "jolly day out " but raise nothing or virtually nothing or travel from other areas as this location is seen as more appealing. It's an organisational nightmare and I'm amazed the organisers and volunteers pull it off each year , my bowler hat is tipped to them .

First!
Awesome footage Mike. thank you
You've traveled some very secondary roads, but I believe it's all part of the adventure. I hope you enjoyed the trip and I wish you many more good rides.
It certainly is. We had a great time and hope to have many more. Thank you for your kind comment.
Why the dayglo? It’s pointless m8.
You have to carry one in France and it helps keep the rain out.
More great editing - Well done 👏
Glad you're enjoying it Andy, lots more to come 😊
👏👏 Great stuff Mike….keep em coming. Love the editing 👍
Brilliant video. Thanks for sharing - I’m looking forward to next year. Metuchen, NJ
Glad you liked it. I can't wait for next year as well.

Any more events like this in the south east im new to riding but i would love to join on my VanVan
DGR is once a year but there are many other charity rides in the South East.
Wonderful coverage, I enjoyed the music, the B&W outtakes and of course the bikes and the people!
Thanks. More black and white than I'd planned, got grease on the GoPro!
How many bikes went to yours DGR? Here in Argentina, +4000, and more than half retro style
Hi Argentina, impressive numbers. Not sure about all UK but we had nearly 600 riders in Guildford and that nearly filled the High Street.
Noice vlog pal 😊
What should you call a Norton with a HD engine? A Narley?
Or a Harton?
What a joy to see all these beautiful machines. Rare in the US because the most you see is Harleys. Nothing wrong with them but nice to see something else but trailer queens. This is the anthesis of all-inclusive and what DGR is all about supporting a great cause. Cheers!
Great to hear from the US. We have Harleys in UK but they tend to attract a different type of biker.
Probably the finest collection of bikes I've ever seen. Great work.
Great coverage. Thanks
4:30❤❤
Awesome rides!!! Beautiful city..much regards from DGR Kathmandu
Unfortunately Guildford doesn't have the backdrop of Kathmandu! I'm amazed by the views from all over the world. Greetings.

Lovely day out, beautiful machines
Well done Mike, great scan of some lovely machine ❤👍
Totally in love with that red/white R Nine T. Greetings from México.
Great to hear from Mexico!
Excellent!

Beautiful curves at 26:52
If you look past the brand loyalty, motorcycling really is a universal language. Love how you really focused in on the bikes and the event. Great video.
That Triumph at 4:58 is just sensational
Are there any DGR in the USA ?
Looks like a super walk. Well done chaps for completing it.
Wonderful to see so many different and well loved bikes..
Absolutely Wonderful to see so many different and well loved bikes.. Great to see so many Triumphs too..keeping the British end up! Made me chuckle when you did the slow mo on the lovely lady.. Nice touch. I will be looking out to join the 2023 Distinguished Gentlemens club..Well I ought to with a name like Gent..naturally I will be accompanying my Triumph speedmaster. Thank you Mike!
Amazing bikes!
good videos thanks sharing 👍🙏
A fantastic view of the many Motorcycle manufactures on display! Iconic history of beautiful workmanship of engineering masterpieces all to disappear in the next few years? well! if the World Economic Forum has it's way! and the World Hell Organisation and UN plans come to fruition? All the politicians and countries have signed up for it! And they have just signed up to speed up the 2030 agenda! Time to wake up! All this wonderful emotive history and events will no longer be allowed! Do some basic research! and start to look into what they have planned for you!
Great turnout. Great day. Great bikes. What's not to like? Wondering how many clutch repair kits were ordered the following week.
Why the clutch repair?
I say geeves, some pervert has jolly well parked his car in the street
This is the heaven of motorcycles :-)
