Great presentation I love it, keep it up, I'll definitely be sharing it with all my contacts. Great job bro.
Thank you Prof, I'm very inspired by your story.
what do you fertilize with?
We used chicken droppings and mixed them with the soil before planting. We use "green tea" (from weeds) to fertilize during the growing process.
Wow very beautiful
You are very welcome, Proprietor.

This is so needed. Parents need to be more aware of what and who is teaching our kids. Be more adapted into what our kids are learning and how they are absorbing what they are learning. Well Done!
Prescriptive learning is the key! Every parent MUST Know this term! Thanks!

Thank you, and thanks for watching.
Keep it up brethren. Great Job
You used the best word I could even think of to describe this soul searching show. PROFOUND. I might write a book if I want to comment about each sentence I heard today, but I will try to summarize in bullet points: 1) Life happens and we have a choice to act or react the way we do; 2) Mental health matters, there's need for more awareness to normalize the conversation, shun stigma and seek for help when we are going through tough times; 3) There is a time to be born and a time to die, we might not want to deal with the inevitability and reality of death, but when it's Clarion call it's a swing low sweet chariot come carry me home. I find your guest so graceful, authentic, vulnerable and appreciative. I am grateful both of you do what you do and whether the community watch this en masse or support you, you never know the one life you are impacting. Thank you both so much and oh yes the camera man and technical engineer...it only gets better
Thank you soooo much for the book you almost wrote! You dissected and summarized the conversation so beautifully. It’s gratifying to know you were impacted. Please, keep sharing and hopefully, more people get impacted.
@@BenZama I have shared today on all my many platforms already oooooo
This is a beautiful approach in a more familiar environment for your guest. It also allows you to step out of your studio and have a different recording experience. I will drop a comment on the content of this episode later. Keep it up UB
Wow uncle B, you got the music bug from your mum. I have read the book you mention championed by Dr Asse, it's really candid. Keep up the good work of inspiring and motivating how people can survive against oddz
Great job, Uncle Ben! I just finished watching the video and I was impressed with your delivery of this very important subject matter. We are exploiting the economic opportunities in the Western World at the expense of our children drifting away from their cultural norms and traditions, embracing those of their new land much more in order to be successful in their pursued of liberty and happiness. The culture of a people is a mark of their nobility. I believe a strong sense of connection with their African roots in far off lands is very essential in boosting their self esteems and also provide them with strong sense of identity, which are ingredients for success in a racially divided western societies like the one we live in. Music and writing are solid ways of preserving our culture for our children as you illustrated because they are so immersed with everyday struggle to be successful over here that do not have sufficient time to learn about their cultural heritage if they can find the materials to do so. I am glad you mentioned your mom and her ability to preserve culture through her songs and how that serves as an inspiration to you when you listen to her songs. She transitioned 6 years ago but her cultural influence stayed with you through her songs. We should continue to push for cultural preservations through these means. Creating youtube channels-platforms dedicated to this cause like the one you have will be very helpful in educating our second generation people. Pictures also speak a thousand words. Visual preservation is another way to go.
Giving the kids a voice is simply awesome. They have had to grow up so fast and integrate big word into their vocabulary. They are holding up great nonetheless and am so proud watching them. Keep it going Uncle B
Good idea Mr Ben

Amazing testimony. Thankful you finally came to terms with your illness and got the treatment you needed. The suffering may have been shorter bur regardless you got help. Mental health is real and you can't use a switch at the back of your head to trip it off. Love and support conquers.
Thank you.
Yes it takes a brave African man to admit and more so open up about the topic. Thank you for inspriring our African community about mental health illness.
Thank you. I hope this leads to more people opening up.
Congratulations on those 6 races in 6 months achievements wow uncle B. Please keep it up. So the decision and mindset to be consistent in our efforts are very determining. Kudos to your sound engineer and I think he does more too
