    I'm 37 and my love for concerts is fading out as well.. Venues are just way too huge to feel a connection with the artists, and the prices are just insane these days... For me, I'd probably only go to my top 2, MAYBE 3 artists, whenever they're in town. And when you're plder, you can start seeing your absolute favorite groups when they came around on the next round of touring :) Fyi, My top top fave band that I will ALWAYS go to when they're in town - Queens of the Stone Age. But only because of how much the music truly means to me...

    You think you’re eating alot cos you eat a good amount when you are hungry but likely you naturally go a while without being hungry again. Or if you are a snacker like me it’s possible you’re nulling your hunger with snacks that don’t pack too many cals, mostly just sugar

    You're not eating enough, simple as that. Count your calories, go inti a slight calorie surplus and continue the gym, you'll see results.

      Thank you! It’s just hard. I can’t eat dairy’s, sugars, or anything with wheat. I can have a little bit, but I tend to stay away. Do you have any recommendations or diet tips?

    Beer has a high caloric content and right now I don't remember where but I think I read that it does something to your stomach and makes the food you eat after drinking it fatten you up, so drink beer and then eat like a pig.

      ​@@FosterEvansTVIf you see yourself in the following symptoms you might wanna get your thyroid blood levels checked: -feeling hot all the time/sweating a lot -sleeping problems -not gaining weight despite eating a lot -discomfort at the lower front part of your neck/feeling like something pressing on your airway constantly -hungry/craving but often loss of appetite -tendency for softer sh*t/diarrhea -brittle and fast growing hair/nails -fast heart rate -tremor in your hands -nervousness, anxiety, mood swings If you can relate to a few of these you might wanna get a check up, hope it's nothing tho :)

    I used to be the same way. Then I learned how to fix it. If you're running too much, stop. Lift heavy and eat like you're never full. Sleep well, drink well. Tip: running fibers and stregth fibers are always fighting because they're different. Focus on strength and food
