The biggest challenges we face in Utah regarding growth are that we're still living under an 1800s political subjugation from DC, with 68% of the State claimed by the Federal occupiers, so we're stuck along this tiny I-15 Corridor with no options to expand East & West. It places unusual pressure on urbanization, transportation, and housing.

The audio is terrible, but what about the content? The history of Salt Lake City and the LDS church are heavily intertwined, and Professor Sheer seems to have little understanding of the church, so the presentation is lacking in that regard. You may learn a few things about the city though.
