Imo Skoda automatics are better than it’s manual variants, in fact TSI are fun to drive with automatic. So in your case the deal breaker will be either better leg room or automatic transmission. And if you think Kylaq prestige variant is not value for money when compared to Kushaq, then better to go for Signature + variant.

Yeah its little overpriced but if they are giving mantantaine package than its ok for me i am ok with price about leg space i am 5’ 9” and everybody in my family is shorter then me so i think kylaq leg space is also good so for now prestige AT i will kept it

If you can manage manual transmission which isn't smooth clutch or gearbox then Kushaq is anyday better than Kylaq!.. On the other side Kylaq will offer you a convenience of an ultra reliable Torque Converter Auto which is very useful for long term peaceful ownership.. In short - Cabin Room, Road Presence it is Kushaq.. Automatic convenience it is Kylaq..
