I absolutely agree on this. There are unmet emotional needs we have to look for and take care of. We also need to think of the possibility of physical needs like pain, bladder infections or intestinal problems.

You continue to continue on making a difference in the lives of people with dementia. I really hope every facility has an opportunity to view and listen to Elsa's Story -- so many lessons for us all whether caring for someone at home or in care. Your courage to try different ways of getting the message across is wonderful . This re-enactment is a realistic portrayal of what so often happens in care facilities.
