Yes, Joico is the bomb especially that moisture recovery. I highly suggest using a clarifying shampoo and then the joico shampoo like you did. That moisture recovery shampoo just isn't cleansing enough even with a double wash with it especially if you're going to use heat after.

Ow my my I have 4 feet of hair and my grandma puts this treatment once every month but if you can put it on your hair twice a month then your hair will become more strong in the roots! *My recipe:* Natural henna paste/powder An egg Lemon juice Oil - coconut/castor/almond/argon . any Water/green tea water/rosemary water.

The Ultra Mini are definitely something you have to size down. The others for me are usually true to size for me.Well the Classic Mini Platform run big too,I need a 6 maybe even 5 when I usually wear a 7 in all Uggs. True shoe size 61/2 -7

I literally just started wearing mini twists a few weeks ago. I never thought I’d like “mini” twists because they are time consuming but after you’re finished you have freedom and versatility for weeks. Which I love. I’m still trying to find new ways to style them. Which lead me to your page. Do you find that handling them too much makes them frizz up faster than just letting them hang? Also do you let your twists hang freely inside your bonnet at night or should I confine them in some way before I put my bonnet on? I don’t want them to start looking old too soon. I’m learning and looking for advice. ❤

People don’t understand how therapeutic doing your own hair can be. I look forward to wash day. It’s like horticulture but with your hair.
