how to get out of a rut & feel like yourself again. * it's easier than you think*
In this episode we're talking about how to feel like yourself again and get out of a rut. I begin by explaining the concept of emotional frequencies, which are the different levels of energy that our emotions carry.
By understanding emotional frequencies, we can learn to identify the emotions that are holding us back and work on shifting our energy towards more positive emotions. She also talks about the role of neuro-associations, which are the connections our brain makes between emotions and situations. By changing our associations with certain situations, we can learn to feel more positive emotions in those situations.
So, if you're feeling stuck in a rut, tune in to this episode for some practical tips on how to hack your emotions and start feeling like yourself again.
Hope you enjoy! xoxo.

I have started my own channel and a vew months went by and its just you know life? But slowly I have been finding my voice and taking better care of myself. Thank you for reading and for your video.

      Hi Tamie. So glad you're here. Slow growth is perfectly fine <3 I'm happy to hear you're taking care of yourself during times when you are anxious - we all get like that from time to time. I know I do. Sending you love! - Bianca

    today when me, my crush, my bestie and her crush were talking while eating lunch, my crush said that he will go grab a pizza after school. i remembered a ransom thing, so i said:"i just realised i havent eaten fast food fo so long-and then i realised that i have but they were homemade so i fixed it and ended up saying:"i just realised that i havent eated fast food for long-like in a place" and it literally soubded like im hinting that ask me out. and no one pripably remembers it at all but after i said that, everyone went quiet and my bestie look at me like "wtf" and i sai:"that sounded so weird" (bestie:) "because it was" and i kept thibking about it and i didnt talk anything on the whole day.

    Hi bianea, I have been feeling stuck in analysis paralysis for almost a year now. I have made some poor choices in the past and I am scared to make life decisions to avoid getting hurt again and not where I want to be in life. Taking small steps is better than none because although I don't instantly see big changes but surely will see some tiny results and that is better than staying stagnant. Currently, I live with my parents but my mind is already somewhere else because there are so many things that I want to do with my life but the fear always holding me back. You inspire me to look at my life decision in the present moment and not the past. We surely cannot control the outcome but we can plan the decision we make. I feel less lonely after watching this video after knowing that someone out there with the same age as me are facing something quiet similar. Keep making videos. Love from Malaysia

      Hi there <3 I resonate with you deeply on not wanting to make any action in fear that you will fail, or get set back. The fear of failure, or worse, going back to my old habits would terrify me. I have started to wake up everyday with the mindset that life is more of a "playground" than a "proving ground". We shouldn't take life so seriously. It's important to experiment at this age, and try things out. Life is all about learning, and failures are just little obstacles that happen along the way to success. I'm planning to post more videos from my podcast on here but I have a lot on this topic on my podcast! I wish you all the best. With love, Bianca

    I hope this gets more views bc this is really good advice, like these are things I've talked about with my therapist lol. One more tip I'll add: you're probably going to have some regrets no matter what decision you make, so you might as well make one

    • @thetwentiesdetox
      @thetwentiesdetox 3 місяці тому

      Thanks for your comment Emma <3 I completely agree - your point ties into how "every decision has risk". We have to remember we can get through the challenges so much better in present tense than trying to predict them! Also have faith that whatever decision you do choose, will work out in the way it needs to.

    Nah. Being in constant existential dread and feeling under bitter constant judgement from yourself and others is a right of passage for 20s. It makes getting older a reward. ❤

      Hm. I know people double my age still in a cycle of existential dread. Most of it, is a mindset and I think there would be a lot more love and happiness in this world if we learned to manage it earlier in life. <3

      100% I remember looking at a journal entry from early high school and laughing because I'm like wow was I ever dramatic hahah. A lot of my entries were negative and I'm glad I could come back to it with humour all those years later... but I know in the moment it fuelled the rumination.

    Mental stability depends apon your ability to cope. That's it. Learn coping skills. People don't have these anymore.

      I’d like to think some people do have the ability cope properly today. In fact, I think more people today have ACTUAL emotional intelligence vs. suppressing emotions.
