Thanks for the comment, apologies for the use of the “C” word I’m sure that came as a bit of a shock. If you switched off there then you missed the best part of the video as you didn’t see any of Ibrox and probably some angles of the stadium that haven’t seen before.

Cheers, setting up isn't to bad it's the edit that takes the time. 1st one was deninately a pen but i think view for the ref and the linesman were blocked by players so i can see why it wasn't given.

@ I think the ref got the second penalty shout right as well - hands tucked in to the body and struck from pretty close range

Looks like there are a few more clubs in that area down your way. It might look like i get around but the last 3 games were all within 5 miles of where i live. Editing them takes longer than watching them especially with a multi cam set up.

Not as bad as Wednesday nights conditions. Dee were the better team by quite a bit and deserved the win.

Yeah the conditions were pretty brutal. Looks like its going to be the same tomorrow up at Buckie if the games is still on.

I prefer the 1996 Aberdeenshire Shield cup final where the Broch were 3-0 down against Peterhead with 20 minutes to go and we beat them 6-3 AET.

The conditions were worse. Can't be easy on a keeper with a 50mph wind blowing when your trying to judge the trajectory of the ball or just kick or throw it.

Specially against a higher league opposition.

Rangers away would be good i've never been to Ibrox. Celtic away would also be, i good went down to watch them play Buckie last year. Or Queens Park so we can get the Broch at Hampden.

Hi Drew, thanks for the comment. I did it over 2 days Day one was Aberden to Banchory and back to Aberdeen. Then i drove out to Banchory and did the Banchory to Ballater section. Aberdeen to Banchory and back took me around 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Bacnhory to Ballater one way to just over 3 1/2 hours (1 hour 42 on the way back with no filming). I did it on a Dawse Galaxy Touring bike so it should be fine on a gravel bike. It s just a bit bumpy between Banchory and Potarch through the Scolty forest after that its on a pretty decent gravel trail then from Kincardine ONeil to Aboyne its a bit bumpy again. Then its back to the old railwayline. Let me know how you get on if you do go for it?

Yeah it looked pretty tight for the first one, the slo mo isnt bang in line with it but even at that angle you can see its not offside when the ball is played.

Yeah he is the reason i created this short clip after his commend on the Broch facebook page. What about the 3rd goal if the 2nd one got chalked off we would still have won 2-1. There is also some chat about the Turriff goal being a hand ball as the stricker goes through he knocks it on with his hand. You can see Kieran trying to highlight that. It's hard to tell if it is a hand ball from the angle i was filming from. The camera behind the goals didn't pick up the hand ball either because the bar blocks the view. The body of the striker blogs the linesmans view so he can't be blamed for not noticing it. The camera on the flood lights would have picked it up but i was having some issues with the battery not charging but i charged in time for the Extra time period. To be fair Turriff had enough chances to win the game in 90 minutes but some folk are hard to please. Both sets of fans were complaining about the ref so if he was equally bad for both of them then i don't think anyone has anything to complain about.
