I want to eddit a pokemon red rom and put new pokemon, new characters, new music and some fonctions, my idea is to put ALL the cut pokemon we know at this day, i made a LOT of sprites from deleted pokemon from g3, and i want to put the other ones like g1, g2, g5, and g6. Hi there, so I checked on the summary for bulbasaur, and its in viridian forest but its rare. I remember catching bulbasaur, it of screen because I was training offscreen and it appeared so check in viridian forest, as for charmander its in route 3 incase you ask me!!
