If you have selected any third party app to book the flight then you need to check with them only. They are responsible to either refund money or give you a credit shell account so you can rebook your flight. You can escalate this to the airlines and the agency by putting your query on their twitter pages. From twitter they will respond earlier.

Sir, aap apna PNR status check karo agar cancelled ho gaya hai to automatic refund aayega aapko, aur agar PNR mein completed dikha rha hai, ya kuch aur (other than Cancelled) to aapko complaint raise karni hogi airlines ke sath - woh aap wahi se kar sakte ho jis site se bhi aapne flight book ki thi. Manage bookings mein saari information mil jayegi aapko. Booking ke andar se hi PNR ke against complaint raise karna to refund ho jata hai. Kuch help chahiye ho to batana,, good luck!

For date change you only have option to reschedule your flight and pay the remaining amount whatever it will come at time of billing. Jaise hi aap apni current booking mein date change karoge aur new date ki booking karoge to aapko jo bhi badaa hua amount hai woh pay karna hoga. It is simple bhai. Hello bhai, maine pata kiya to aapko spicejet se koi message ya email aayega jismein refund amount aur provess likha hoga. Dusra aapne jis bhi site ya app se ticket book kiya tha wahaa check kro apni booking ID and uske baad go to manage bookings. Ab wahaan manage bookings mein aapko cancellation dikhegaa aur refund ka option bhi dikhega. Agar fir bhi problem aarhi hai to aapko Spicejet helpline ko call karke poochhna hoga k kaise milega refund.

@@GazeeScarfall sorry bhai late ho jata hai reply karne mein -- maine fir se Spicejet mein check kiya hai - aapke paas 2 option hote hai ya aap full refund le lo - aur ya fir spicejet aapko credit-shell ki facility degi same amount ki (jo ki future mein spicejet k sath travel karne mein kaam aata hai). Lekin aap sirf full refund hi maanga - koi re-booking nahi kuch nahi - you will get full refund. Lekin ek problem yeh ho sakti hai ki kahi ye MMT wale apne charges na cut kar lein - agar MMT koi pese cut karta hai (by chance) then do not accept - or let me know, will try to get full refund. Seedhi si baat yeh hai - jab humne cancel nahi kiya to hum MMT ko kyo charges denge. Aur Spicejet to full refund karega hi karega. Let me know if you need help! Hello sir, you don’t have to worry about as this is only middle name issue. Simply write a note to Thai Airlines on twitter handle, send them direct message and post on their profile page as well. Ask them to add the middle name and they will do it. Agar name incorrect hota hai to dikkat hoti hai, lekin agar middle name missing hai to koi problem nhi hoti. Aap middle name add karwane ko bolo airlines ko aur jo bhi unka reply aayega, take a screenshot and save it as a proof. Boarding karte waqt bhi agar aapka naam update nahi hota hai to aap security check mein woh screenshot dikha sakte hain. But make sure aapka middle naam update ho jaye. Agar twitter mein response nahi aaye to aap jnki helpline pe contact karna, else the last option will be to visit Thai Airlines help desk at your airport. But this should be done easily. Bhai you can please contact indigo team on their twitter page. Provide your PNR number to them and request to update name and gender. Twitter is the best platform where they reply fast, if not helpful then you can call their customer helpline number, and if still not helpful then you only have one option to visit your airport and report to the indigo helpdesk there. Sir, there won’t be any problems. You only either need to contact Vistara airlines via twitter or their helpline number and inform them about changing the Gender. If you contact them on twitter, doesn’t matter if they reply with confirmation or not, you can take the screenshot and show at the security checks if they ask you. You can tell them that this was bring to Vistara notice and they have had updated the gender on their records. That will be sufficient proof. Else and until the name is correct then gender not really matters. It may happen with anyone but the name is correct then we are good to board the flight without any issues. No sir, this will be considered as complete name change. Not allowed. Only option to cancel and book a new ticket again. But you can still confirm from airlines via their twitter account before cancelling your current flight.

Yes there will be a problem because the name should be same as you have in your id proof. You can contact the airline via their twitter page and ask them to correct the last name. Also share your PNR number with them to make changes. Once they confirmed, you can take screenshot and show the same as an evidence to the security while checking in the airport.
