Hi friends!
This time, I harvested pea eggplant in my back yard. I start loving this turkey berry fruit more and more.
Someday I tried to grind it with fried tempeh , and I found it very delicious and easy to make.
Below is the ingredients to Spicy turkey berry with tempe.
You will need,
a handfull of pea eggplant
100 gr tempe
4 pcs chilli ( if you don't want spicy, just remove it)
2 cloves garlic
2 cloves onions
salt ( as much as you like)
Mushroom powder ( as much as you like)
fry them, and then grind it together.
Taste it, it is delicious!
