Переглядів 3,7 тис.2 роки тому
Fighting the Ultima Weapon on the Floating Continent, which is effectively the final boss of the first "half" of the game. Also the first time in the game that the "Fierce Battle" track plays. Reminder that FF6 is the best FF game.

中学の演劇でこの音楽を流した時 体育館全体がざわついた思い出。
This is one of the best tunes in the game. Thanks for posting it as one hour long.
Thanks for the extended version. This is one of my favorite practice tracks.
Some ppl may not agree with me, but the Falcon scene is the peak of the FF series
Mine is the scenes with Locke and Celes, but that’s your opinion and I respect that
I'd go as far as to say that it's probably the best/coolest/most epic scene/moment in video game history. Even until now.
Shadowbringers. We fight as one
“Didn’t I tell you before, this is the world’s fastest ship!” (cue end credits and Setzer’s theme) is up there at the top for me too
i’m at my house doing 155 nothing listening to this
I kinda want to make a dance version of this theme
My favorite map world song ever ♡
gooood tuuunnnee! <3
I’m at Wendy’s housing 155 nuggets listening to this
In a world of ruin there's hope and friends!
I am at the gym squatting 155-4 listening to this
Hell Yeah!
Searching for Gains
Where you at now?
funny I started lifting that weight at squat in my twenties and in 5 years got major gains. keep it up.💪
i found one easy way to beat this was to drain all of its magic it dies once to do that and since you aren't lowering it's health at all it will never do any of its strongest attacks
The victory animations look all wrong compared to the SNES.
You should read about the bug fixes they had to do lol (sabin flipping the train with meteor strike fka suplex which was a better name didn’t happen initially) Umaro losing his unequippable weapon in Coliseum and world of Ruin albrook teleport to world of balance were hilarious. It is on sale at least for Christmas though they really cut it close for no reason (like dragon quest 8 which the mobile remaster hack someone did got amazon and Google play is a lot better let alone censored 3ds version costs triple and will be delisted in March 2023). They censored to have the empire raise both hands in this ff6 lol those wacky nazis.
Definitely one of the most epic moments in my gaming career. What a way to finish out the world of balance. I will subscribe.
I STILL had lv 50+ party members but you lose Shadow permanently after its killed so if you want HIM with EVERY current spell learn here don't fight UW AT all YET. So once Shadow leaves after this boss is killed the only way you'll see him again IF at all is during the 2nd half but until all 12 party members have every current spell learnt since I do NOT recommend killing Intangirs in this version don't fight UW here at all since owning 99 Fire/Thunder scrolls and by the time you use up all 99 of both over HALF of the current spells could easily be learnt by 4 party members.
The World of Balance's "point of no return" is practically right before the Ultima Weapon fight anyways, where the game shows the airship below you and asks if you want to jump off the Floating Continent to do any last minute stuff. It's assumed most won't proceed with the fight until they're all set to start the World of Ruin. You also don't need to worry about Fire/Thunder Scrolls. In this version, a lot of the quality of life improvements help with farming (auto-battle Sabin Blitz inputs, Cyan's Bushido, Gau's Rages, etc.) so it makes it a lot easier. Sabin using Aura Cannon with double Earrings and Edgar using Drill/Chainsaw will chew through the first half of the game. I had nearly every spell learned on the main party members I was using just from progressing naturally from unlocking Espers and taking the occasional Veldt trip or two to grab some Strago Lore. Also, don't farm Intangirs for AP in the World of Balance unless you absolutely need a certain spell, since there are 10 AP and 10K Gil Cactuar formations in the World of Ruin that are much easier to deal with and are a much better use of your time. In any case, for Shadow: beat Ultima Weapon and watch the cutscenes, then choose to WAIT when given the option to during the escape from the crumbling Floating Continent. Eventually you'll reach the airship, keep waiting until the timer reaches 0:05, and Shadow will show up and jump with you. If you don't do this, he is lost as a party member PERMANENTLY. Later, in the World of Ruin, go to the Cave on the Veldt and navigate through. You'll end up looting an 'Ichigeki', and fighting two Behemoth Kings. After, save your game and go to the Coliseum in the northwest of the world map. Choose the Ichigeki as your wager, and you'll end up fighting Shadow in the match. If you win, you get him as a party member again.
Yes I know about all that but I would still want all the current esper spells learnt on all 12 party members and since you can't kill intangirs in this version that means learning all the WoB spells on the Floating Continent itself WITH Shadow still in the party after he learns every current spell here.
Dude, i had this game in the SNES and if i remember correctly when the game asks you : Jump? say no. Then the game will prompt you again to Jump, choose the option Gotta wait for Shadow, and Shadow will appear...5 or 4 seconds before the whole thing blows up. And Shadow will be with you in the World of Ruin.
