well mine is a base model M1 air so i dont know how it will perform on your laptop(i bet it will be better). You can check out my graphic setting. It is in the middle of the video on somewhere. Game generally has a good performance. I have been using mine on heavy games and programs and it performs well when it is plugged to charger (cause computer doesnt feel to preserve batter and reduce the power of its system). Generally i am not a professional on this. I dont know why people are scared of the heat. Yes it does get warm but it never caused serious issue for me

Hi. I have the same Macbook. The result is pretty good in my opinion. Play on settings until you find the perfect spot where it gives you a smooth gameplay and a good graphic

@@leonkenndy7938 i dont have my laptop at the moment but you should also turn on esnyc(somethibg like that) try to lunch it two times with only one of them turned on. One of them gives a good performance. I dont remember it anymote cause i deleted the game

@@leonkenndy7938 also you shpuld upload “something for modern games”. Think it is xp or dxvk for modern games to that folder

@@KamalmDOV Thank you so much for your answer, bro. I accidentally opened MSync during my last testing, and the frame instantly stabilized at 60fps, which is now very smooth. Moreover, after checking in the SOC packaging temperature, I found out was only 85 degrees Celsius, which is still a fanless design, M1 is so cool.

Hi. It is hard to tell. In general Assassins Creed games are known for not working well with Crossover. I have tried couple of AC games but not specifically AC IV. May be download pirate version first to try if it works good then make the purchase if Mac is your only PC

It doest get warm. I have been using it almost for three years. In complex tasks it gets warm but it never caused serious issue for me. At the end it is fan-less device

@@nyzygc well it is how it is on the video. Looks smooth. I always play games while my Mac is on charger. Cause naturally Laptop preserve its power for long lasting battery. And also check battery settings. There must be some option where it says something about preserving energy while not plugged in(still use with charger even after changing the settings. It gave a significant difference for me)

Nothing is refundable in App Store to my knowledge. If you have other devices like steam deck or PC(or you think you might buy one in the future) other than your Mac then steam is good cause one purchase allows you to play across every platform it supports where AppStore is only for Apple

Plus you can get it much much cheaper with steam keys trough third party websites which i rarely see discount on App Store

Hi. No need for that :D. I am not an expert as well. I can explain tho as direction. You have to buy Crossover. If you type on google “crossover mac gaming” you will find it. Then download GTA 5 which is on every pirate website so it is easy. The rest is pretty much is explained on a lot of channel on youtube dedicated to mac gaming. A little search on youtube will do the help

Hey I can't get Rockstar Games launcher to open in CrossOver. Game downloads fine other than that, any tips or ideas? Ive followed all tutorials, but nothing has worked yet unfortunately

When I try to launch the launcher it will say "failed to initialize"

@@Osho-dh8xf it was a weird process to be honest. Naturally it doesnt open. I tried some ways and it worked(dont know other possibilities. Couldnt find anything about it on youtube). After creating a bottle and installing required apps to the bottle (like direct x fir modern games) open the folder of GTA and click on the GTA V.exe. Crossover will open. Then choose manually the bottle you created on the installation process then wait for about 2 minutes. It will lunch. This was the only way it worked for me. And dont turn on D3Dmetal. Just turn on DXVK , esync

Not much I would say. It is an old game. It requires 4gb ram. It does get warm tho

If it is compatible with Mac then I guess. I have played with some third party playstation 2 replica joysticks and it worked. Now i use ps5 controllers

It was some third party PS 2 controller. I had DualShock 4 but i broke it so i found these and it was working. Now I have PS 5 controller and it also works

@@Yadnesh_ mine is base model M1 Air. It does get hot but nothing extraordinary heat. I have been using it for gaming for couple years now. It is the best it has ever been with ever update. With M2 chip and 16 gb. You are more than good to use it.
