I did some digging, and that is a 1965 Reds baseball, signed! Dick Sisler the manager is on the sweet spot. I see Roger Craig on it too, a pitcher. Gotta be 1965!

Unfortunately Lou Whitaker isn't a hall of famer.

Very cool! Perhaps the autographs from your certified ball will help you to determine autographs on the unknown ball. Also, you can google Reds players autograph images. If you can read part of a name, it can help to figure out which players to research.

Yeah, this is the guy that took those cards from the home and then sold them for 100 grand. You should press charges on this guy. He’s got them on front street on the TV program. These liberals never learn.

If he doesn’t have a receipt, you can report him that he took the cards. This guy wants to brag about screwing you. How old are you if you’re over 60 you could get them for elder abuse this man is putting everybody in danger. Why would you want your local gangster, knowing where you live, he’s calling you a bumbling idiot maybe he stole some of these cards from you. You can then press charges if he doesn’t have a receipt. Loose lips sink ships and it doesn’t matter. Did you paid$400. your on TV saying that you ripped him off that’s all the abuse if he’s over 60 you need to pay him for market value since you knew what you were doing and I don’t care if it was a garage sale happens every day every Attorney can get shut down, I heard you sold one of the cards for 100 grand watching now

Wacky Packages came out around the time I started collecting baseball cards. I was age 9 in 1975 and started buying 1975 baseball cards at my local drugstore. Eventually built the set twice. A neighbor introduced me to Wacky Packages so started buying packs around the same time. At one point Wacky Packages were just as popular as baseball cards and to this day graded have become very valuable. Wacky Packages first came out in 1967 as diecut cards, then debuted as the stickers you have there in 1973. As of 2024 Wacky Packages still exist with new versions coming out this year. IMO the golden age of Wacky Packs was 1967 and 1973-77. When reprints of the vintage ones came back in 1979-80 in 4 different series a whole new bunch of WP collectors were born. I also collected a few 1973 basketball cards that I saw in the collection here. I never continued basketball, stayed mostly with baseball.and some football. Lots of HOF players in those football cards you sorted through.

Ken Anderson 2nd year, John Unitas, Len Dawson, Jan Stenerud 2nd and 4th year, Harold Carmichael RC, Terry Bradshaw 3rd year are the best football cards. Fair Hooker is a football player I had never heard of, but he has quite an interesting name. The 1st basketball card you showed is a sticker insert from the 1971-72 Topps set. The best basketball card is Jerry West.
