I have a problem with C#5. Sometimes Instead of playing it makes a terrible vibrato sound and when it works it is an “airy” not and not clean. How can I repaire this problem?

I was trying to fix the same problem with a Howarth from my pupil. I got to separete b and Bb Keys but know the Bb key does not come back, I cannot find why. Can you give me a help?

Hello!!! How to fix it ?
My bassoon needs this so badly right now.
I find on my example the peg constantly slides down. I have a custom auxiliary screw in a brass fitting, but that's on my low C Selmer Paris bass clt. Do you find you have the same problem?
Are you using a 1/4" peg in a 6mm hole? I've found that the tiny bit of difference between the two can cause slippage.
