TOURING APARTMENTS IN AUSTIN TEXAS | NORTH AUSTIN TX | WHAT $1,300 TO $1,600 CAN GET YOU IN AUSTIN?
I toured three apartments in North Austin Texas. I will be sharing my in person viewing experience, and I am not a locator. Below are my pros and cons for each apartment.
Apartment 1: Astra Avery Ranch
Pros: Newer gym, modern finished, great amenities, in unit washer/dryer , gym and pool, valet trash services
Cons: requires a deposit (which is refundable), has a trash hauler fee and amenity fee, halls are not clean from trash getting left out, further from main attractions
Apartment 2: The Monterra
Pros: Close to main attractions, in unit washer/dryer, gym and pool, valet trash services
Cons: Showroom not renovated but shows renovated spaces online, requires a deposit (which is refundable),
Apartment 3: Altair Tech Ridge
Pros: Great amenities, newer complex made in 2019, close to main attractions, in unit washer/dryer, gym and pool, valet trash services
Cons: Requires a deposit (which is refundable), rates are at a higher price point, few visitor parking spots

Interesting video. Thanks for posting. I assume this kind of tape is for when you want to show your t1ts off in clothes where you wouldn't be doing a ton of moving around, right? Faster dancing that requires lots of moves, anything athletic, etc. I would assume you wouldn't use this for your t1ts, right?
