As a brazilian I respectfully disagree! Why only capitals???? We have wonderful cities that are not capitals! For example: Gramado, Canela, Balneario Camboriú, Blumenau, Londrina, Maringá, Ribeirão Preto, São José dos Campos, Uberlandia, Ouro Preto, Angra dos Reis and others! There are good life out of the capitals.

What they dont say is this video, -Crime is high in the smaller towns outside the city. -police are not very helpfull outside the city -highways police are sketchy and give tickets out over 1 kph and want payment on the spot. Its best to go with someone who knows the areas at first till the locals get use to your presence . Panama is highly into china right now. Oh and do not speak politics they take their politics very very serious. - know where your local hospital and doctors are at as well as pharmacy. Dont get me wrong its a wonderful place but its not a paradise. -beaches are not close and those areas are very much more expensive. -traffic is ridiculous -internet is slow nothing like in the USA
