Roy Clark will always be with the ones if not just the best that could cover the compete range of the human heart's feeling from music played with strings complemented by bodily personalized expression while singing. Such memories of times long gone. Kids wouldn't know what to do if this was their evening entertainment. We had a portable 45 record player and made sock puppets for all of the songs. One of my favorites was "Sneaky Snake." We would put on puppet shows for our family , friends and neighbors (if they wandered too close to the house). 🇺🇸⚔️🇬🇪

I watched him on Hee Haw with my family, my dad play the guitar ,fiddle and a freind of his Chuck Burns played the banjo they were very talented.

I knew Roy Clark was a famous country singer and a great guitarist. However, his outstanding performance on this show along with his great sense of humor were so enjoyable to watch. I truly appreciate his talents more now than before.

Met Roy at Poderosa Park resort in Ohio many years ago and he was just a great man to talk with.

Roy Clark and Glenn Campbell playing together is as good as it gets. What's amazing is to watch Roy watching Glenn play as they both are jamming. Showing how much respect he could show others.

What an amazing talent this guy was. I think he was someone that just wanted to have fun entertaining people. I always liked when he would have a guest on and he always gave them room to play their stuff snd he would stand back and smile while they played then he would join them just like they were playing together forever. And he played anything with strings.
