Please avoid startups !! because i worked almost 1 year as a software developer ...my timings are 9:30 am to almost mid night ..and toxic work culture and every task is like if you not do this task in this time then your terminate ...i got health problems as well because of this startup company ..now i am taking treatment for that ...and also there are demanding my one year salary for experience letter ...i decided one thing in my life i don't work in startup again even through they give good salary also..
