Hi dear brothers I need postprocessor for sinumerik 828d lathe machine (mastercam2023)

Entweder ist das Demo Programm nicht dafür auslegt oder es stimmt etwas im Programm vom video nicht, denn ich bekomme den Fehler 61102 der macht aber keinen Sinn weil ich mit angetriebenen Werkzeug arbeiten will und nicht mit der Hauptspindel.

Funny thing is this is a video from 2010. So We just got a new doosan lynx2500sy machine with touch panel and all that. They are proud of that fanuc control. Trainer guy showed me they got a shopturn option of "smartprogramming" stuff. I used to work on siemens 840d 7 years ago. I got this guy sweating to the same stuff what siemens could do 10 years ago. Btw i wasn't so hyped up of the smartprogramming.. We started using CAM softwares lately which basically just few clicks from any model files and does the program. If there's no model we just make one. I didn't realized back of those times how advanced siemens controls was.

Hello , can you tell me how to deactivate spindle positioning on Sinumerik 808D turning ? I can activate it by using SPOS comand and its working until I move chuck by hand or by use M3 or M4 spindle rotation, there is alarm that spindle position is lost.Is there any comand to deactivate SPOS? Spindle position icon in degrees is on screen under Z and X position.Only way to deactivate SPOS is to send both Z and X to home position, and than when I came back to JOG there is no SPOS icon on screen any more...

We own a digital control machine and control unit from Siemens sinumerik 840 DSL and includes some of the programs we use in manufacturing when running one of these programs does not cause any problem, but when you refer to it again after a period of 10 days we notice a change in some of the data for the program that lead to the disruption of the program How will this happen knowing that the machine is new 2018 production please help me solve this problem

This is NOT a tutorial. It's more of a "brief overview" of the steps to be taken. All the different entries need to be explained in detail for this video to be called a tutorial. I thought 10 mins was unrealistic to explain things. This is the system I've been learning and this video would only have left me frustrated. "Mr CNC" gives a 1.5 hour video and that one can be called a tutorial showing the basics.

I work with osp one touch from Okuma. It is way faster and simpler than this. AND it's 20 years old already. So big applause to Siemens for figuring this out finally.

ich finde die steuerung viel zu kompliziert und verschachtelt, typisch deutsch :(. mit der FAGOR 8055 steuerung bin ich 20mal schneller und vergebe nicht jedesmal neue namen :)).

Wahnsinn das Video aber da sieht man mal was geht! Ich bin ja eher der Alu-Mensch aber beeindruckend mit so dreckigen werten ins Harte meterial zu fräsen! TOP!!!
