Inverter fridges break because of dirty voltage. Get a transformer for the whole house (or voltage regulators for each expensive appliance) to make sure you are getting a clean 220V, all the time.

Great seeing your videos again, keep it up! I do have a point here and it's not meant to be intrusive, but in this video you brought up a VERY sensitive and bad issue, all in one statement. Online gambling and your wife immersed in it...Please listen to me on this, it is as addictive AND destructive as any drug especially if she's using real money. It must be stopped now. Besides the house being a complete mess, yes, that comes with an addiction (there is NO time to do anything else except feed the addiction), you said she lets the dogs pee in her/your brand new house, destroying new tiles and that bedpost and worst of all using her/your real money. Then she's sitting there, probably hiding the phone when you video'd her in this episode. Why wasn't she in there their helping? MY Filipina would rather take a bullet than let one woman or six, come clean our filthy house and yard. Why wasn't she helping? That line of money feed needs cut off now, as in yesterday because it will get worse before it gets better. My Filipina sister in law is living proof and it got so bad the Filipino mafia goons were at her house, looking for their money when she let her gambling take over. The first sign your wife is not and addict and is moving away from online gambling is IF she keeps the house nice and dogs outside to pee and shi* and cooks great meals for you. IF those three things aren't happening, you've got a real problem brother and will get worse, MUCH worse especially while you're away. You joked about it, but I could tell you were not happy with her gambling because NO happy husband would say "God forbid my wife cleans up..." That says it all right there. Good luck to you, please take this advice and do something, she's on a very slippery slope and falling.

Just some advice: my Filipina wife bought cheap Chinese chipboard cabinets for two of our bathrooms. Waste of money, once they got damp, doors falling off, real mess. I had told her concrete with granite top. Well we finally upgraded. Concrete is the only way to go. For your shower stall either concrete with tile, or what looks nice is the glass block. One of the new bath we put above counter sink, and one below. The workers are really just handyman here, but with guidance, it turned out nice.

Yeah man, I finally gave up on expecting any quality work here. Every time we get someone to come in to try and improve something they screw-up several other things!! At this point I just let them do their thing and I will come back and get it closer to my standards...... hired guy to run some CAT 5 cable upstairs for internet and he said he was going to put in a junction box-- turned out he used an empty plastic coke bottle!! Can't make this stuff up (Plus he fell into a screen and ripped it and dropped a hammer and chipped the tile in the bedroom). Good to see an update. Take care.

We got battered in Mindoro as well…imagine if it was actually a Super Typhoon (or even just a Typhoon) instead of the Strong Tropical Storm as it actually was….😳 Reached Signal 2 in Batangas and Mindoro (out of max Signal 5)… Our roof was making some scary noises….i will need to beef up before the next one 😮

Glad y'all survived the Typhoon Kristine it was pretty knarley, we got flooded, lost power, cell and wifi for exactly 7 days but survived as well, good to see ya brother!

Dude, im sorry to be a negative Monday morning QB, but every time i tune in, i see you still using locals who do sub par work for top dollar. I know you are in a remote area, but you would have been done so much quicker, cheaper and done right if you had brought in a real crew. Just my observations from watching videos for 3 years to learn for my 2025 build. Best of luck. You do have a great attitude and roll with the punches. 😊
