Bro, goku literally keeps remaking mistakes he learnt from in Z already. Literally some of the best arcs in super are copies of dbz arcs apart from T.O.P. in goku black saga. Unfortunately as much as I would buy this. The Goku Black arc MISERABLY makes Goku look even dumber. First it’s the kiss gag, THEN it’s the Mafuba seal, THEN ITS THE GODDAMN fact that he just summons Xeno without any regards, and he then proceeds to just… act like it isn’t anything scarring. He learned Chi-Chi was BRUTALLY killed, he learned Goten was butchered. Gohan. Videl. Everyone. Gone. And all he gets to show this, is a single ANGRY SHOUT? Nah. I wish I could believe you sir, but Goku would at least be smart enough to just… process enough grief to be like “I need a Chi-Chi hug.”

Yes he does, but thankfully Catholicism is in Dragonball so he can seek absolution from a priest. In ep70 of the original Dragonball when fighting one of Baba's minions, Oopa and Puar fight a vampire by making the shape of a cross, and you hear organ music and the words "Jesus Christ" and "Oh God!" appear. Therefore just like with Zelda, Jesus is in the world of Dragonball and so is His church, meaning Vegeta still has a chance.

I love vegeta, he is my favorite Dragon Ball character, and as someone who is willing to take life away, and someone who has previously lived a life of utpost evil, he is going straight to hell. With all due respect, Vegeta is/was a being of evil 🗿

Vegeta asked, if sacrificing himself would wash his sins away, so to speak. That was right before he blew himself up to defeat Buu and save his family. Since then, he came back to life, helped actually defeating Buu, helped preventing Beerus from blowing up Earth. Helped defending earth from resurrected Freiza, albeit that was more an egoistical achievement due to their history. The helped in a way to prevent the destruction of all universes, yes, that's a rather stretched argument. And then he kept fighting alongside Goku and the others against multiverse/timeline threats. But I think the major aspect speaking for Vegeta in terms of not going to hell: Dead Vegeta was given a body to help fight, and after Buu was defeated, his body faded again. This means, they thought there would still be hope for him (and ofc he was useful) But the real point speaking for Vegeta: When Dende wished for everyone being brought back to life except evil people, Vegeta was also revived by Porunga, meaning he isn't considered evil anymore.

Would he get to keep his body? Maybe. Would he get sent to hell? I doubt it at this point. When Vegeta blew himself up it was like maybe 20 minutes off from Vegeta slaughtering a crowd of innocent people to prove a point. Yemma already let him come back for a day to fight Buu and Porunga didn't consider him evil like Dabura and Babadi when he revived everyone except evil people. Now with super, Vegeta's gone out his way to save both the earth and the entire universe multiple times. I would think by now Yemma wouldnt think there would be a point in sending Vegeta to hell anymore, especially with Goku, Supreme Kai, Elder Kai, and possibly even Beerus and Whis vouching for him.

Vegeta seems to think he is, but I disagree at this point. I feel like people underestimate the weight the Buu Saga plays in this discussion. Yes, he went to hell that time when he blew up, but self-destructing there was his very first good deed. Of course that means nothing in the face of what he's done prior, but it was the turning point where he started actually being a good guy. Later on, when he squares up with Kid Buu, it's under the knowledge that if he dies this time(which was the most likely outcome) he won't even get an afterlife and can't be wished back, that has to carry a lot of weight karmically, and he's been actively doing good deeds ever since. I think that even if the rules say he should still go to hell, they'll probably make an exception based on all that, and maybe the good word of people like Goku.

I’d say he is now since even in the anime he’s fought and been able to save universe size amount of people as well as has kind of put his pride to the side as now he’s more of a rival then a actual villain to goku

Vegeta might get into heaven. During the fight with kid buu, the wish to bring everyone back to life except the really evil people! Vegeta's life was restored. Which means there is redemption for him.🙏

No, he won't, at least not based on the "morality" of Dragon Ball and its afterlife. As long as his Good deeds far outweight his bad ones, and as long as he's currently on the Good side of his life in terms of ethics and morality, he won't go to hell. He was bound to hell at the time of the Buu saga, which makes sense. At that point, his evil deeds far exceeded his Good ones, and he had killed tons of people just around an hour before his time of death, and purposely let someone mind control him to drag his evil out to the surface. However, he still did not lose his Body as he was told by Piccolo, since the decision by Yemma is usually superficial, and is often affected by Yemmas personal feelings on the matter. Vegeta at the current point in the story is a genuinely good family man, a good husband, a good father, and helped save the entire Universe. His biggest sin in his current lifestyle is a grumpy attitude.

If he is still bound for hell, i think it'd be cool if he kinda ended up like Piccolo in GT. Where it's more like he's forced into eternal community service by stopping villains who are trying to escape hell.

Actually, no, and it's because of Piccolo. Right before Vegeta sacrificed his life to save Earth, he asks Piccolo if he'll get to see Kakarrot. Of course, Piccolo tells him no, but pay attention here, because Piccolo is telling a half-truth, and in the animated, you can see him smirk. Why the smirk? He just told Vegeta he is 100% going to hell no matter what he does. Vegeta still willingly sacrifices his own life, even with the assurance that he's hell-bound. Piccolo KNOWS how the system works, and telling Vegeta he's screwed, essentially sets up a loophole for him to avoid hell. Every good thing that Vegeta does after that moment is done with the full knowledge that he is doomed to suffer for eternity regardless of what he does, and THAT point alters the equation.

He isn't likely redeemable, committing genocide since childhood is a tall order to repent for. It would be cool if he got a small reward where they let him keep his body and become some sort of enforcer in Hell for his attempted redemption, kinda like Piccolo at the end of GT

I think when vegeta dies, he will go to other world because he did help in saving the universe, and even if he doesn't, i think, like frieza, he will people too powerful for his soul to be cleansed
