I am not a man but. Eating healthy always brings benefits. If you look it up you might see more but these are a few benefits. It fertilizes men sperm; because it is full of vitamins B and C, plus zinc and potassium which are great for sexual organs. Zinc helps to boost and maintain male fertility and also prevent gonorrhea, syphilis and dysuria. Consuming Okra powder with milk and honey help to improve men's health and stamina.

The slip and slide is the truth... been drinking OW since the beginning of Covid, not consistent as I wanted to be should but I noticed a difference. As a Jamaican eating okra with steam fish and ground provisions was highly promoted for men over the years, (high stimulant) but there wasn't much focus on the lubrication for women. But babé it definitely is a gems. 💎 ❤
