Love details in your videos. I've been using it for sbout 7 days and have no regrets. I haven't tried missing a day or days thats way too risky for me but I'll try taking a shower then work on getting a sweat (exercise or basketball at home of course) to see how it goes. I didn't detox before I started, just went most of the day without any deo, got a sweat in, smelled, showered and applied the oime with a bit baking soda (baking soda only on the first time applied). No smell since after applying each morning. Something important though, if you do smell you might want to check the garment you have on as it may not be the oder from under your arm.

I tried lemon a few years ago, it worked for a while and then it stopped, but I don't remember how I applied it. Last week I started doing it again and all I do is squirt the juice onto my palm and massage it under my armpits, I normally do two applications until the juice dries up. I have had no stink at all for 2 weeks and I'm sticking to this protocol, lemon juice is good for the body... I don't have limes. It's amazing how modern people have become so afraid of plants and fruits and all the natural stuff, but they will readily apply all the chemical industrial products without a fear in the world!

I started using lemon but it’s too acidic so I switched to lime and I’m better now. The lemon was burning my arms but the lime isn’t bad.
