Plant 2022 | Spraying Fields | Checking Pigs
#Plant2022 has finally begun! We are so happy to be in the field planting corn and soybeans. In this video I take you along as I spray a few fields with my Case IH sprayer and start pre-emergence spraying before we get some rain for a few days. Then I bring you with to check on some baby pigs. I show you how to care for pigs when they are baby piglets recently weaned and in a new environment. Check out and learn how to do daily chores for pigs.

Morning pig chores the on to preparing our anhydrous bar for Spring NH3 application. We use our tile locator to locate farm drainage tile in preparation for pattern tiling a field. Spring planting season will be here before we know it! We are happy to have favorable weather to be able to work in the field!

Spring 2022: In this episode we knock out some spring cleaning and cash in on old scrap steel laying around. Can you use this type of method in clay based soils ?
What size of tractor are you using here? Do you have to pull it very often?
Stx 450 with fluid in all tires. In normal conditions I can pull 4” tile easily. When putting 8” in over 4’ deep or when it’s damp on top, we have the tug tractor on standby.
