“People never seemed to notice that, by saving time, they were losing something else. No one cared to admit that life was becoming ever poorer, bleaker and more monotonous. The ones who felt this most keenly were the children, because no one had time for them any more. But time is life itself, and life resides in the human heart. And the more people saved, the less they had.”

Considering this size of trailer for a build and to haul a Hisun Coleman. What brand is the equalizer? Really glad to see the 4x4 loaded and now I have a better Idea !
Thank you. Really enjoyed the video. It's surprising what you can do when you put your mind to it. It's just going out and do it. When it's a cold day. And you in the shed or the garage? When you could be in the warm watching TV. You come out and work on the bike. And it makes you feel good. Like you've achieved something. And when it's finished? You look at it. And it's fantastic. 'Cause you've achieved it. It's a fantastic feeling.
@KP1982v Thank you for watching! Yeah many nights and weekends in the garage. It’s been over 3 years and sometimes when I go out to lock up the garage at night I still just stare at it lol. It sure was fun!
Nice job I would consider you an excellent rebuilder
@@MrBillCNW Thanks so much for the kind words! I’ve been tossing around the idea of selling it but then I take it for a ride and keep changing my mind!
Cool video. How do you navigate to a gas station? Do you use your phone with gps or something else?
@@southendsurfer phone w gps and they also sell a paper map of all the trails in the area with attractions at most gas stations and restaurants.
@@bwiesman awesome thanks!
So cool 😎
That view is absolutely ridiculous. Nice build, safe travels.
Dude, dont be depressing if you want followers...imo.
I really love this video! So soothing and satisfying to watch everything you did on this beautiful restoration! You need to make more videos!!!!
@@DogMania thanks so much, I’m glad you liked it!!
"If I didn't get a deer , it's not the end of the world" I needed to hear that. 🍺
Everyone says that when they don't get a deer!🦌
@@shotsatwhitetails3289 lol.
Thanks so much for sharing. I have a 6 X 12 utility trailer I want to build into a toy hauler camper. You gave me a lot of ideas.
this weekend july 27 will you guys be there
@@ryanday3583 I’d like to but not sure my back is up for it currently. But if I do, look for my trailer or a blue and white crazy tw200 w fat tire upgrade.
@@bwiesman I will be on the look out them tw200 are awesome would like to have one. I will have the jeep in my profile picture riding a wr450 and a little green 125 Apollo hope to see you there.
Thx for the share! Thats what i want to do!
Amazing story, Love the bike and the job you did there, hats off mate
I recently purchased the exact same bike, 1974 black. Mine was last on the road in 1984! I have original bill of sale from 1974, 1 owner. Good job! Dale Swineheart, DeKalb, IL
That’s awesome! Even more coincidental my wife’s family is from Dekalb!
Great job! Thanks for sharing!
Really cool, man. I'm considering getting one of these to restore locally.
Thank you! They are a lot of fun to ride! Good luck on your search and restoration!
Great video, real work of art....
Thanks for the kind words!
Just got one and I’m gonna try to rebuild it as well but number 1 goal is to have fun and enjoy the grind/ progress
Great idea. Could you add a list of materials and measurements. For example how you determined were to bolt the beds to the door.
Gorgeous, and I'm no mechanic either, but you killed it ! EDIT : I bet you're a mechanic now. I love the Bruce story and the generations that cried seeing it.
Thanks for watching and the kind comments!
Very cool ideal. Thank you sir.
You’re welcome, thanks for watching!
Great build! Nice workmanship, and design, Thanks For Posting
Loved 🍀the video! Hat's off to you. So nice of you to show the restored bike to the original owner's family. 👏
I had a color green one when I was 17 or 18 it was my first bike that I coul use to travel I am from Tijuana I took it to Mazatlan, Los. Angeles and San Francisco many times many bikes later that will always be my favorite bike. Great video, gracias.
I bet you made a lot of memories on that bike! Thanks for sharing and for stopping by!
I just picked one up for 500 bucks gonna restore it and do the same
@@Vintageknight1 plan on another 6-8k, I bought mine for around $700.
Excellent work. The bike looks and sounds fantastic. Great story and so nice that you showed Bruce's family. ❤
Thank you for watching and commenting!
Amazing. The only thing I would change is having a big sink, but that is just personal preference.
Very nice
Great job! I am just finishing up my 1974 Honda CB350 Four, and I am at the point of painting the tank and covers. Could you please tell me what paint color you used, because that looks like a dead match to the Glory Blue Black Metallic. I haven't been able to source the original paint color yet. Thank you, Charles
Thanks! It’s the paint code from a 2014 tacoma they called metallic grey, I don’t have the truck anymore but that shouldn’t be hard to track down w those specs.
Thank you!@@bwiesman
Great job, show winning 😉,and beautiful taking it back to show the lady and her family 😌,sounds incredible ,looks fantastic ,well done m8
Thanks so much for the kind words!!
Where do you store your matresses when you haul your ATV? And what size mattresses do you use? I may do this in my homemade camper.
Twin mattresses and they fit perfectly on the counter in front up to the ceiling then use 1 ratchet strap across from side to side. Hope this helps!
@@bwiesman thanks for the quick response, I appreciate it
@@cartsquads47 don’t forget my trailer is 6.5’ wide. Prolly won’t fit in just a 6’ one.
Great camper! What beds are those that you use?
Beautiful bike and love your effort! (BTW, Chinese pistons and rings...hahahahha! )
Thanks for watching!!
Nice job! I'd move the combustion air intake outside to burn cold air (cold air is more dense and ignites better) instead of burning up your warm air and sending it outside. That thing should easily keep you toasty in that little trailer!
Thanks for watching! Cold air intake is routed to the outside of the box. Air that’s blowing over the heating chamber is being recirculated so as not to pull a vacuum in the trailer.
I love this!! Great job man!
Thanks!!!
Awesome!
Nice trailer set up!
Do you have a link for the air intake cover?
Great story. Bruce??
Yeah after the deceased original owner
pine pellets work like cat litter also
Cheaper and biodegradable, nice suggestion!
So there's a lot of non-biodegradable trash bags filled with human feces and urine all over the United States?! Awesome!
The CB350F has less power than the two cylinder CB350, is more expensive, and is more difficult to maintain. Yet, I would prefer to have the CB350F. Great story on the restoration.
Yeah it doesn’t make sense on paper, and then Honda came out w the 400f super sport which made these obsolete. Thanks for watching!
Oh Gawd! I miss that sound!!! I had 3 of these over the years. I bought my first one brand new in 1974, and rode the wheels off of it until 67,000+ miles when it would hardly run anymore. The second one I scored in Florida and pulled the original engine and replaced it with a 550 bottom end, and an 810 Powroll big-bore kit. It was an absolute beast of a sleeper, that would easily take down the formidable Kawasaki KZ900's of the day! The third one was meticulously rebuilt from a wreck I acquired in 2015, and outfitted with a few performance goodies, but basically kept the internals stock, with a cafe racer flair. It was my favorite, but I was forced to sell due to declining health conditions.😜 The little 350F was my absolute favorite of all the 4 cylinder Honda offerings from the 1970's!!!😄😍👍👍
Awesome story!! Yeah I fell in love with the little 350’s too, so nimble and smooth and sounds like a race car! Thanks for watching!
85 m.p.h tops?
I know mine can get to 95 on a level road.
Beautiful metal polishing...I've done a full restoration on a CB 450 and am now working on a '76 CB 400F. Its slow grinding work but deeply satisfying....Thanks for sharing the journey...
Awesome! Hopefully your 400 turns out well and that you don’t need the unicorn parts (tank or triple tree clamp)!
How did that work out long term in the weather?
I clear coated the paint job when it was done. Also cover it when not in use. It still looks and works great!
@@bwiesman thanks! Nice way to save space.
I love the simplicity of your build out. It looks great! Where did you get those folding bunk beds? Love those!
Amazon. Disc-o bed xl. Thanks for watching!
Sounds amazing. Is that a stock exhaust?
Thank you!! No, delkevic 4:1.
See the fuel pump was installed in the vertical plane. With my space limitation, can I install the pump in the horizontal plane?
What gauge wire does the controller need? Like to extendrun it 10 to 15 feet to inside the vehicle.
I run 12 gauge. Thanks for watching!
@@bwiesman 12 guage for the three wire controller, seems excessive.
@@raczyk it is, but you asked my opinion and I always do overkill to error on side of caution.
Startup at 8:52 Awesome job and really cool bike.
Thanks for watching and for the comment!!!
