If you're outside blasting random white noise, then I imagine both you and your neighbors are loud and rude.
Not so, I've been calling the police on my new neighbors that don't work,stays up for days at a time with subwoofers shaking my home and my chest the police say unless they catch them or I can record the sound than I'm sol. I'm thinking about putting sh@t buckets along my fence so when they're outside all night methed up they can catch a wiff.
@@10Xj5you are definitely not taking the most efficient approach. bringing the speakers outside and filming a video, putting all the effort into it. the police did tell you all you need to do is record the noise that is shaking your house and chest. if I understand the situation correctly. I know one thing you taking a video of what you've done is all the proof your neighbor would need. again just saying. good luck
