That's actually illegal in Philippines but anything barely happens when people use it. It's called "boga" which have so many cases of injury. I feel like most Filipinos doesn't even know it's illegal or maybe they do but it certainly doesn't feel like it because there's no action taken. Not trying to ruin the fun, just thought I should share and inform people. If you're gonna try and make one, just know that it has caused quite some injury that it became illegal so make one at your own risk.
