I respect your input and what I believe, as a customer of theirs with a bracelet due to arrive here in about 2 more months, my understanding is that they are a family business with the father and son making the chains and the mother taking calls and doing administrative work with orders. So I cut them some slack because I know that like Myron at Hawaii Rope Chains they are busy as heck and their products are highly rated on the market. It would be good for their business, I believe, to hire one or two more jewelry crafters and train them from scratch to do things their own special way. Of course, the trade-off for their hiring more people would no doubt be higher prices to their customers and that would hurt them, right?

@@ricparks7441 you are correct, it is a family business. father-son duo and the mother + daughter in law take the orders and do the logistics. Post a video of your bracelet once you get it.

Not really in my opinion. The shine can dull because the polish goes away over time (especially with daily wear, sweat , etc.) but to me the color remains the same.
