nicely done, I've found paraffin wax candles to be somewhat easier to light like this than the beeswax candles.
I'll have to give it a try!
What type of wax do you use?
Freaking amazing. Seriously so impressed.
“Wet forming” was what you were looking for in regards to the knife sheath. Well done!!
Exactly!! 😆
I really like this. Personally I like to make pipes outta deer antlers. They work really well an have a lot of character
Very cool!!
@neesbushcraft works really well an people can't seem to get enough of them
hey dude! im planning to make a bushcraft rucksack backpack From kanvas. do you know what size should i use for it? i dont know if i should buy 12 oz or 15 oz
I think either weight is great. 🤙
Nice M81 t🤙🤙🤙🤙🤗🤗🤗
😜🤙
Nice! I really like traditional kit
Thanks for checking it out!!
Do you wedge the top like a chopping ax?
Nope. It's just a friction fit, so the handle is just slightly thicker above the eye and it just slides up snug. Makes carving a new handle from a branch super easy.
cool
Thanks!
Really cool kit!
I appreciate it! Thanks for watching!
@@neesbushcraft you are welcome!
why are all EDC vids always so heavy handed
Carry what you're comfortable carrying. 🤙
Nice kit. I've come away from Charcloth now and totally moved to charred punkwood. My reason apart from it works so well is I doubt people would have had enough cloth going spare to keep a supply constant?
I agree. Most of my bigger tinder boxes have charred punk wood. 🤙
Now arriving here on the channel, congratulations on the video
Thanks for stopping by!
That was in PREDATOR! 🔥🔥🔥🤙🤙🤙🌋🌋🌋🌋
😂
I was just thinking - a predator will never fall for this....
@vrolsh Probably not as is. There are ways to disguise it though that work surprisingly well. Thanks for watching!
Nice kit. Maybe a small compass and something for signaling. A few hygiene items would be a nice add on.
Great ideas! Thanks for watching!
That kit is awesome. I am inspired. Thank you.
@moorshound3243 thanks for watching! 🤙
🌋
💬 Beautiful composition, congratulations! ✊🏼📌
@@charllesmarcley1429 Thanks!!
Always enjoy the handmade self made gear, right on brotha!!!✊️🔥✌️💚
Thanks for checking it out!! 🤙
Nice tradional items love the coon possibles bag.
Anytime I wear out a shirt with flap buttoned pockets those pockets get cut off and become gear pockets.
Very cool!
What?
Improvise , adapt , overcome. That is bushcraft keep building
Thanks!!
Good kit. Build your own rifle. You seem up to the task.
It's on the list. 🤠👍
Good choices
Thanks!! 🤠👍
Respect
Thanks!
The roadkill bag is pretty cute.
Thanks!!
I love that you made so much of this yourself. It's rough but ready to go. I'd add another small bag just for tender like 4x5 draw string job would do. And a brass compass for basic navigation for venturing into the deeper forest. Tomahawks are great and light weight if you know how to use them. I just did vid on it myself and my haversack kit. There's alot of the same concept. Looking forward to more sharing
Good tips! I'll check out your videos. I have a haversack video I posted a while back, too. 🤠👍
Nice homemade Haversack! There is nothing like homemade gear. Well done on the knife and other gear.
Thanks!! Cheers!
Killer. Beautiful gear🤙🤙🤙
Thanks, D!!
Very impressive!
That means a lot coming from you, Ben!!

Like that haversack kit, just subbed
Thanks! That means a lot. 🤙
Im thinking bow drill like you said or some sort of stone used to smooth something and the index finger was put in the divot...very interesting!! definitely not completely natural
Thanks for watching!
Hello 👋 my outdoors friend, thank you for sharing the contents of your haversack. That's great looking kit. Stay safe out there. 😊
Thanks for watching! 🤙
Nice job! Also, what kind of hat is that? Good pinch and perfect brim width imo.
It's a Stetson Gallatin. I love it!
Awesome video

They certainly were sore! Thanks for watching! 🤠👍
