    1.) The singular color racist ideology of the black and white world of racism” has done nothing, but create hatred & bigotry on judging others on the color of their complexion was created by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe; those that founded the Democratic-Republican Party, and would later split to become the Jeffersonian Republican Party & the Jacksonian Democratic Party. The sixth president was a democratic republican, President John Quincy Adams. This was the son of John Adams who claimed to be a federalist, but he was overly supportive of the Democratic-Republican Party. John Quincy Adams mentored 16th President of United States of America, Abraham Lincoln. The 6th U.S. President John Quincy Adams, son of the 2nd U.S. President, John Adams mentored Abraham Lincoln while he was in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1847 to 1849. President John Adams’s Vice President was Thomas Jefferson, founder of the Democratic-Republican Party (a.k.a.: The Jeffersonian-Republican Party). It was Thomas Jefferson who originally was the individual that wanted to buy the land in Louisiana Territory that would later become the Louisiana Purchase in 1803, and not President Andrew Jackson. The 7th President of the United States of America & U.S. General, Andrew Jackson known for the Indian removal act of March 28, 1830 was in the Democratic-Republican Party. The Democratic-Republican Party split into two parties in 1824. One Group formed the Whig Party (which would evolved into the Republican Party), and the other group formed the Democratic Party (a.k.a.: The Jacksonian Democratic Party). 2.) This reason being to elevate states rights versus federal rights, keep racism & slavery alive, and to cover up Native American Genocide. And to steal land & natural resources from them. Members of both of these political parties are guilty of the Ku Klux Klan forming on December 24, 1865, in the City of Pulaski, in Giles County, Tennessee eight months after the Civil War ended on April 9, 1865. They were pushing for the Jim Crow Laws, a state rights laws, to be passed. Which was Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe‘s primary objective, to rule this country through states rights. This is why states rights versus federal rights was a very huge issue in 1775 to keep slavery & racism alive, to distract all people from Native American genocide, stealing Native American land, and natural resources. These so-called white aristocratic southern plantation owners wanted to control, meaning the Democratic-Republican Party. I believe what threatened them the most, and what triggered this controversy was a huge augment that led two states rights versus federal rights in the second paragraph of the Declaration of Independence of the United States of America. 3.) This is the reason on why they needed the second paragraph of the declaration of independence of the United States of America as a major threat to slavery and abolishing slavery permanently. Which is why Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe, the founders of the Democratic-Republican Party started fighting against federal constitutional rights. It is this right here that caused the major controversy for federal rights in 1775 if Democratic-Republicans Party members did not get their way. Second paragraph of the United States of American Constitution says, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal. And that they are endowed by the creator with certain unalienable rights and among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”. To interpret the Constitution of the United States of America as the founding fathers also interpreted back in that time frame of history in 1775 later in early stages of the development of the United States of America as a country, that the straight forward abolishment of all forms of slavery, and stopping of the genocide of the Native American people. The second paragraph of the declaration of independence of the United States of America was the motivation for states rights versus federal rights. These founding fathers did not want to give up their power that was given to them by old England, when it was the colonies of New England. That’s Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe, the founding fathers of the Democratic-Republican Party (The Jeffersonian Republican Party); the white aristocratic southern plantation owners. They were strongly against federal government abolishing slavery and destroying their wealth, Power, and control. 4.) Now you can understand how the Jim Crow Laws are states rights laws, and how all of this started to happen during the history of our country. When Jim crow laws started to get passed across the United States of America after the Civil War in 1865, between 1870 and 1878. At this point in time, who was fighting for states rights? That would be the Democratic-Republican Party, and its founding fathers Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe John Adams, and John Quincy Adams (who is also a mentor to Abraham Lincoln). All these people, with the exception of Abraham Lincoln, was a mentor to the 7th President of the United States & General, Andrew Jackson. The one who bought the Louisiana Territory from Napoleon Bonaparte, which led directly to the Indian removal act of March 28, 1830 that was passed by the US Congress. The Democratic-Republican Party split into two parties in 1824. One Group formed the Whig Party (which would evolve into the Republican Party), and the other group formed the Democratic Party (a.k.a.: The Jacksonian Democratic Party). This split up of the Democrat-Republican Party would be do more towards hiding the overall agenda which was toward covering up Native American genocide.

      5.) Now about the state of Arkansas deciding to pass the Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution of 1874 that says, “She shall never be made a defendant in any of the courtrooms”. This States rights law in the amendment to the constitution was to strengthen and protect the Jim Crow laws in Arkansas. And that goes in to the history of how the Jim Crow laws were actually taken down that deals with African-American preachers across the country that were strongly against segregation, and racism that was created by the Democratic-Republican Party, Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe. The founders of the Democratic-Republican Party that also referred to themselves as “white aristocratic southern plantation owners”. How do they get their plantations? Those plantations actually were created by old England. This country was known as New England to establish wealth and power among the royal & aristocratic families of New England. Their wealth & power was established out of slavery, wealth, power, and control. This, elevating what was known as states rights versus federal rights that was started in 1775 by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, and the founders of the Democratic Republican Party, The Jeffersonian Republican Party. African-American preachers across the United States of America we’re trying diligently to get this into a courtroom of law, dealing with the Jim Crow Laws, and segregating based on the color of peoples complexion. 6.) Mind you, this is a states rights law. Where did states rights laws come from? The Democratic-Republican Party, who had all the wealth, and power back during 1775. And the individuals that referred to themselves as white aristocratic southern plantation owners who were those individual, their family members, the Democratic- Republican Party founded by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe. This was the primary main objective, to elevate states rights versus federal rights, stripping the common citizen of the federal Constitutional Rights, and elevating the power of states rights over federal rights. The Jim Crow Laws began to be passed in various states in the United States, especially in the South, beginning from 1870 to 1878, with Arkansas introducing these laws in 1873, with roughly a year later Arkansas introducing the Amendment to its State Constitution of 1874 saying the state “shall never be made a defendant in any of her court rooms.” The point of the Jim Crow Laws, and the Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution of 1874 saying the state “shall never be made a defendant in any of her court rooms.”, was created to protect the Jim Crow Laws. Until a man by the name of Rev. Oliver Brown from Topeka, Kansas sued the Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas in 1951, and the decision was in 1954 which led to desegregation. Arkansas responded by creating the Arkansas Claims Commission in 1955, and with it the the passing of the Arkansas Sovereignty Law. Which now leads us to Arkansas, February 1957, to foundation of The Arkansas State Sovereignty Commission (ASSC), and the very law that replaced the Jim Crow Laws. The Arkansas sovereignty Law. 7.) That law was created to actually prevent the Central Nine Students of Little Rock, Arkansas from being able to go to school, which resulted the Little Rock Crisis of September 4, 1957. The Central Nine Students, were the first true victims of the Arkansas Sovereignty Law, and The real reason why Arkansas was chosen for desegregation dealing with the Amendment to the Arkansas Constitution of 1874, referencing the state of Arkansas “shall not be made a defendant in any of her courtrooms“. The Jim Crow laws were completely taken down from the books, the same year that Malcolm X was assassinated in February 1965. And in February 1957, is foundation of The Arkansas State Sovereignty Commission (ASSC), and U.S. President Gerald Ford officially recognized “Black” History Month in February 1976 (the United states of America’s bicentennial year, and in February?). Malcolm X assassinated February 21, 1965, the ASSC is founded in February 1957, and February 1976 “Black” History Month, and “Black” History Month was made officially Nationally observed month by February 1986. Are they doing this to celebrate the murder of Malcolm X? Coincidence? And this is why my brother, Brian Ridlon called Black History Month nothing more than a celebration of hatred, cruelty, and racism. And he called it domesticated slavery month in the elevation of what he called the black-and-white world of racism. The singular color racist ideology of hatred, bigotry, and stupidity. Which is nothing more than mental, emotional, and spiritual racism that feeds the physical racism all around us. Three years after Malcolm X was assassinated, Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated in April 4, 1968. These individual laws trace back to states rights versus federal rights, and the Democratic-Republican Party (The Jeffersonian Republican Party). 8.) How could this be connected to “Broken Equality: The True Story Of A 67 Year Civil Rights Movement Revealed”, ACTI (Arkansas Career Training Institute) at Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas at the Old World War II Army Navy Hospital, and the students that were victimize. One such student being Mr. Brian Andrew Ridlon. Brian was severely victimized by the State of Arkansas, by the very laws that victimized the Central Nine Students of Little Rock, Arkansas. The Arkansas Sovereignty Law. Brian discovered all of those incredible history that was tied to Broken Equality, ACTI, The Civil Rights Movement for People With Disabilities, Native American Equality / Indigenous American Equality, and how it is tied to Oliver Brown Vs. The Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas of 1954. If it wasn’t for the Democratic-Republican Party in 1775, States rights versus federal rights, there would’ve never been Mr. Reverend Oliver Brown, there would’ve never been Martin Luther King Jr., Poor Peoples Campaign, desegregation, The Central Nine Students of Little Rock, there would’ve never have been the Arkansas Sovereignty Law in response to Mr. Reverend Oliver Brown Vs. The Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas, and there would’ve never had been Broken Equality in 2016 to Current date of 2023. 9.) On July 2, 1777 in response to abolitionists’ calls across the colonies to end slavery, Vermont became the first colony to banned it out right. Vermont legislature agreed to abolish slavery entirely, it also moved to provide full voting rights to African-American males. On November 25, 1858, Vermont would again underscore this commitment by ratified a stronger anti-slavery law into its constitution.. In 1776, slavery existed in all of the 13 colonies (though apparently not in Vermont, which was then officially part of New York). WHY Vermont not recognized for never having slavery in the United States of America ? Is it to continue the elevation of what I call the singular color racist ideology of the black-and-white world of racism? to continue to divide and conquer, gods greatest gift humanity, based upon the color of their complexion my countryman of the United States of America ? ____________

    • @brianridlon4160
      @brianridlon4160 5 місяців тому

      10.) By 1789 five of the northern states of policies that started to gradually abolish slavery: Pennsylvania (1780), New Hampshire and Massachusetts (1783), Connecticut and Rhode Island (1784). Vermont abolished slavery in 1777, while it was still independent. Just before the Civil War, there were 19 free states, and states 15 slave states. During the war, slavery was abolished in some of these jurisdictions, and the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution, ratified in December 1865, finally abolished slavery throughout the United States. The Indian Removal Act of March 28, 1830, and resulting Trail Of Tears was by President Andrew Jackson, and was motivated by the Democratic-Republican Party dealing with states rights versus federal rights, slavery, persecution, genocide, stealing of land, and natural resources that were worth billions of dollars to Native Americans perpetrated by Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, and James Monroe. Which General Andrew Jackson was only following their orders and their plans. The “Indian” problem discussing president Andrew Jackson, and the Indian Removal Act of March 28, 1830. He was motivated by the Democratic-Republican Party, and his mentors were Thomas Jefferson, James Madison, James Monroe, and John Quincy Adams. General Andrew Jackson the seventh President of the United States carried out the Indian removal act to elevate states rights versus federal rights in to keep their ultimate power and control over the direction in shaping of The United States of America. The Jim Crow Laws coming into being from 1870 to 1878 in much the United States (and Arkansas in 1873) which was a states rights law, gave birth to a new law to replace it. That law being the Arkansas Sovereignty Law, leading to the Little Rock Crisis of September 4, 1957. Arkansas responded by creating the Arkansas Claims Commission in 1955 to prevent civil action against the State, and the Arkansas State Sovereignty Commission (ASSC) was created in February 1957 to “protect the sovereignty of Arkansas from encroachment by federal government” in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s 1954 Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas school desegregation decision, and 1955 implementation order. Brown vs. Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas would be argued between the years of 1952 to its final ruling in 1954. The Arkansas State Sovereignty Commission would effectively be dissolved in September of 1959. And during the years 1958 & 1959 Acts passed in the Arkansas General Assembly sought other means to achieve what the ASSC had failed to do. Effectively, merging the Arkansas State Sovereignty Commission with the Arkansas Claims Commission. The Arkansas Claims Commission would continue to uphold the the Sovereignty Law, and Arkansas Amendment of the State Constitution of 1874 stating that the “State of Arkansas shall never be made defendant in any of her courts” to this very modern day. A stats rights that still continues to oppress. The year 2021, this is where the story now picks up (modern day) Arkansas Sovereignty Law, learning all of this history as a witness to the beginning of Broken Equality’s, and two brothers that just wanted an equal education went to a school in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas in Garland county at the old world War II Army & Navy Hospital in 2016. Let’s start this part of the the Arkansas Sovereignty Law that was passed in February 1957, that resulted in the Little Rock Crisis, and The Central Nine Students of Little Rock, Arkansas; The first true victims of this law. This is the reason why Arkansas was chosen for desegregation. It had everything to do with the Amendment to the Arkansas State Constitution of 1874, the “State of Arkansas shall never be made defendant in any of her courts”. The amendment was created to protect the Jim Crow Laws that started to come into existence beginning in 1870 thru 1878 (Arkansas in 1873). It is this history that traces back to 1874 with the, states rights versus federal rights, and all of this ties to Broken Equality. 11.) The first, true slaves of the United States of America and Canada, were the Irish and the Scottish and the subjects of old England. Because they were already in slaved for well over 1000 years to the crown of England. In 1641, Ireland's population was 1,466,000 and in 1652, 616,000. Were 850,000 died by war, famine, and hardships. And banishment others enslaved & banished during the Confederation War 1641-1652. At the end of the war, vast numbers of Irish men, women and children were forcibly transported to the American colonies by the English government. These people were rounded up and, as reported on Thurloe's State Papers in 1742 to be transported to Barbados and the English plantations in America. It was “a measure beneficial to Ireland, which was thus relieved of a population that might trouble the planters; it was a benefit to the people removed”, which might thus be made English and Christians a great benefit to the West India sugar planters, “who desired men & boys for their bondsmen, and the women & Irish girls to solace them.”. The Great Famine (Irish: an Gorta Mór [ənˠ ˈɡɔɾˠt̪ˠə ˈmˠoːɾˠ]), also known within Ireland as the Great Hunger or simply the Famine and outside Ireland as the Irish Potato Famine, was a period of starvation and disease in Ireland from 1845 to 1852 that constituted a historical social crisis which subsequently had a major impact on Irish society and history as a whole. With the most severely affected areas in the west and south of Ireland, where the Irish language was dominant, the period was contemporaneously known in Irish as an Drochshaol, literally translated as "the bad life" (and loosely translated as "the hard times"). The worst year of the period was 1847, which became known as "Black '47". During the Great Hunger, roughly 1 million people died and more than 1 million fled the country, causing the country's population to fall by 20-25% (in some towns falling as much as 67%) between 1841 and 1871. Between 1845 and 1855, at least 2.1 million people left Ireland, primarily on packet ships but also on steamboats and barques-one of the greatest exoduses from a single island in history. Studying history helps us understand how events in the past made things the way they are today. With lessons from the past, we not only learn about ourselves and how we came to be, but also develop the ability to avoid mistakes and create better paths for our societies. Signature: Brian Ridlon. 1.) Broken Equality , Broken Equality at ACTI/Civil Rights for People with Disabilities & Native American Equality Dear, President Joe Biden & Vice President Kamala Harris I’m going to tell you truly extraordinary story. Their names are Brian Andrew Ridlon, and Matthew Robert Ridlon, and we are brothers. Brian was born in Fort Scott, Kansas to Doris Elmina Springer Ridlon & Evan Anthony Ridlon on March 1, 1976. And they spent a short period of his life living in Pittsburg, Kansas with our mom, dad, and our oldest brother, Tony, while our dad was going to Pittsburg State University. A few years later, after the family moved back to Arkansas, Matthew was born in Little Rock on November 2, 1982, and spent his early childhood living Sherwood, Arkansas. Brian, as he grew up, was diagnosed with dyslexia & alexia, which resulted in tremendous amounts psychological & emotional trauma, as well as bullying & abuse at the hands of peers & adults alike at school, at work. The bulling & abuse due to these disabilities has continued off & on to this very day. Matthew when was first born almost died, shortly after birth, due to complications during, and immediately after labor. He would also would be diagnosed with autism before his third birthday. This would result in his mother, Doris Emina Springer Ridlon, becoming a child birth educator, becoming certified in the Bradley Method. This would bud into a volunteering partnership & career with Centers for Youth & Families, that last nearly 35 years. At the height or her career in the 1990’s, she would go to various schools in the Little Rock School District, and would teach childbirth & care classes to teen mothers Central High School was one of those schools. She continued to work for the Centers for Youth & Families babysitting, and doing therapeutic crafts with the kids until 2014. Her greatest gift was with children, and she continued to work & volunteer with children at church even after her work with the Centers for Youth & Families ended. In the Great State Kansas, from the dates of December 9, 1952 to May 17, 1954 there raged a court battle named Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka, 347 U.S. 483. This hotly contested court case, eventually, made it to the United States of America Supreme Court. The landmark decision, in which the court ruled that U.S. State laws establishing racial segregation in public schools are unconstitutional, even if the segregated schools are otherwise equal in quality. Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka. In response to the Brown v. Board of Education of Topeka ruling, southern states like Arkansas responded with passing what is referred to as the “Sovereignty Law”, and established the Arkansas Claims Commission in 1957 by the Arkansas General Assembly, with Orval Eugene Faubus as Arkansas Governor at the time approval, to prevent the integration of public schools in the state. Is was created to prevent the “Little Rock Nine” from attending Central High School. Governor Faubus & this racist law, not only has it been used oppress people because of race/ethnicity, but it has also oppressed people of a lower economic/social class, and has oppressed those with disabilities, especially, on up to the present. Governor Faubus used this racist Sovereignty Law, as an excuse to deploy the Arkansas State Army National Guard to block the “Little Rock Nine” from entering Central High School, and going to their classes. It took The President of the United States, Dwight D. Eisenhower, to send in the the U.S. Army Reserve to enforce the U.S. Federal Supreme Court’s ruling, order the Arkansas State Army National Guard to stand down, and allow the nine African-American teenage children to enter the school. If integration was birthed in Arkansas, then it was conceived in Kansas, where Brian Andrew Ridlon would be born eighteen years later. Kansas is where Elder Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s fight for his dream truly began to come pass. A dream that was passed from his father, Rev. Martin Luther King Sr. A dream that came together in 1964, when he echoed the words of his father, “I Have A Dream!”. His dream was to have abolished laws oppress & divide people because of race/ethnicity, economic/social, and disability status like the Sovereignty Law abolished, and the Arkansas Claims Commission shut down forever. 2.) You maybe asking, why is this relevant in the current day? We’re going to tell you a story about the students of ACTI (Arkansas Career Training Institute) in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, at the old Army Navy Hospital, a national historical landmark, and the first military hospital ever built in the United States. This is no different than Central High School. It’s now fixing to have a different form of history tied to this Sovereignty Law, the same law that was meant to persecute nine African-American students, and prevented them from receiving an equal education at Central High School, in Little Rock, back in 1957. This racist & socially oppressive law known as the Sovereignty Law, through the Arkansas Claims Commission was used to oppress, and abuse the students of ACTI. You are now going know the story, how Brian Ridlon became the voice of the students of ACTI, fighting for an equal education, and quality healthy positive work environment. The State of Arkansas used this law, born of racism, to butcher & terrorize their family, and drive their mom in & out the hospital; and caused her emotional & physical distress which lead to her death. Involuntary manslaughter by the Sovereignty Law of Arkansas. Back in 2015, they went to Arkansas Rehabilitation Services to be evaluated on our disabilities to see if we were eligible for services which Brian Ridlon has dyslexia & alexia, which is profoundly bad. Matthew Ridlon has autistic spectrum disorder. They found them both to be significantly disabled. And they both started the process of being to go to school in Hot Springs. Brian’s field counselor at Arkansas Rehabilitation Services (ARS) was Mrs. Stacy Gravitt, and Matthew’s ARS field counselor was Mrs. Nikita Nash. Their counselors at ACTI were Mrs. Nola Newton for Matthew, and Brian had Mr. Edwin Mitchell. Matthew was the first to go to ACTI alone on February 1, 2016, as a full time student resident. He was there for a little less than a month before Brian came during the last week of February, but the orientation was rather uneventful for Matthew. Brian came for his 10 work trial for orientation & welding for late February early March, celebrated his 40th birthday. There didn’t seem to be anything wrong on the surface level. Eventually, Brian completed his first assessment, and went home during the first week of March, after his birthday. He anxiously anticipated his return for his 10 trial work for Cosmetology, and to be a full time student/resident in June of 2016. When Brian returned home, Matthew remain at ACTI. Matthew began classes in Adult Basic Education (ABE) in March, Career Ready Certification (CRC) class in March, and his culinary classes didn’t officially begin until after Easter Sunday. Easter fell on March 27 of 2016.

      3.) Matthew’s culinary class officially started in April 2016. What short of a time period they had us work in the cafeteria, they primarily had Matthew wash dishes & cookware. He only did prep work twice, and only a small number of the senior students were allowed to cook anything in the cafeteria. The only time he had actually cooked something, cheese dip, at ACTI, was getting ready for the SkillsUSA competition that was in April of 2017, But that’s digressing. His culinary teacher, Bert Clevenger, who was a stand in for the original culinary arts instructor, that left days before Matthew started at ACTI, decided to pull the students out of the cafeteria, inexplicably, in late May of 2016. The students were, basically, put to doing bookwork, and watching their instructor demonstrate cooking on a plug in hotplate, an electric griddle, and plug in toaster oven, where Matthew and the students of this time would get very little hands on experience. It was pathetic, and sad in all honesty. Mr. Clevenger said, there would be a new kitchen by spring of 2017, which turned out to be a lie. Mr. Clevenger, Matthew later would found out, had no educational credentials to be a culinary instructor. It wouldn’t be until 2018, before a new kitchen would be opened at the building across the street from the main campus, Reserve Street & Opera Street, where the cosmetology classroom was located; more than 6 months after Matthew left ACTI. When Matthew first came to ACTI, his first dorm room Matthew was assigned to him on February 2016 was on the fifth floor and he didn’t seem to notice any major problems with the room. His dorm-mate was, Jeremy Buck. But in May 2016, around the same time my culinary class was pulled out of the cafeteria, the entire wing of the fifth we were living was ordered to relocate to different dorms, as asbestos was discovered that had been forgotten from years ago when the federal government ordered its removal. Employees were disturbingly tight lip when Matthew & other students asked where was the asbestos located, and who may have been exposed to this carcinogenic material. The clean up took many weeks, before they declared it supposedly safe. And to this very day Matthew does not know if his dorm-mate or even he, himself, may have been exposed, and if so to what extent. He & Jeremy Buck remained on the third floor for the next five months, until October 2016. During this time period Brian returned back on June 21, 2016, and his last day of ACTI was on October 14, 2016, but more his harrowing story later. In October 2016, Matthew & Jeremy were moved to Ross Hall on the Third floor. They were going to move the 21 & older students there in late August. But when they started moving students in dorms, those students were greeted with dorms in disrepair, half-repair, and even rooms with a horrible disgusting bedbug infestation that was never truly remedied. That said, Matthew & Jeremy stayed at Ross Hall until Jeremy graduated on December 8, 2016, and ACTI let out for the month long holiday brake. Matthew returned back too ACTI on January 8, 2017, and he was put in Ross Hall on the third floor again; but this time he was in a different dorm. He was living at Ross Hall from early January to early May, when he too suffered the bedbug infestation that was moving from one dorm to another. Matthew, since it was just days after he had just gotten back from spending a weekend seeing Doris Ridlon, his mom, was terrified that he may have brought them home. And his mom if he had, specially with her health problems, could make her critically ill, if not kill her. Luckily, the bedbugs didn’t get carried back to his mom, back in Little Rock. Matthew moved back to the main building on third floor. There Matthew would spend the last few weeks, until June 9, 2017. 4.) Despite never getting to have a real kitchen to cook in at ACTI; despite him not being given the chance, at the very least, to take a simple Osha Certification class, nor to take the material handling class at ACTI, just to have something to fall back on; the State of Arkansas through its employees at ACTI,are hiding behind a law, born of racism, and kept alive through it mistreatment of the poor, and the disabled, the Sovereignty Law, want to push people out. Saying things like, “You’ve completed your hours in my class!” Or “You’re technically employable!” That is I, Matthew Robert Ridlon’s story summarized. Now, are you ready to read & see how much pain & suffering this Arkansas Sovereignty Law has really caused me, and my family, and my fallow students? Let me tell you the rest of the story; the story of the students of ACTI, Brian Andrew Ridlon, Doris Elmina Springer Ridlon, Broken Equality, the Civil rights movement for people with Disabilities, how it ties into my story, and the dream of Elder Rev. Dr Martin Luther King Jr., Mr. President & Made. Vice President. My brother is Brian, my brother. And Doris is our mother. When Brian came back to ACTI on June 21, 2016, he began his second ten day assessment in cosmetology, which he passed. He started noticing some things occurring at the school. It just seemed very odd & strange. But he tried to stay busy & diligent on finishing tasks at hand. So, he didn’t pay too much attention of it at the time. Later on, he became quite startled, and disturbed by how the general staff that was bullying, and mistreating the students on a cruel level. So, incredibly disturbed, that he notified Disability Rights of Arkansas, and filed a report. Little was done. Brian came in contact with an individual by the name of Kris Stewart. And he showed her several videos, where the students informed him of their of their hazardous living condition, among several other incredibly frightening things that came to his attention in just under three months, and three weeks. In his last days he had become severely ill from exposing himself to the deplorable living conditions, which he developed lesions & sores all over his body & genitals, and hair falling out of his head, trying to assist & help comfort fellow students of ACTI. His last day was October 14, 2016. After leaving the school, he tried diligently to find some form of justice, the right to a quality education, and a healthy wellbeing for nearly eleven months. Brian spoke to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), filing an oral report them, and handing over a physical folder with sold evidence of his claims. There was also one filed with Dr. John Gary Wheeler M.D., with the Arkansas Health of Department - Contagious Diseases Department, who filed a report on behalf of the students of ACTI. Brian was falsely arrested for terrorist threatening, and false charges electronic harassment were filed, by an individual who made promises to help him with the situation at hand, who is second in charge at ACTI, Miss Lily Kersh. She was in contact with a former coworker of her’s, who worked at Pathfinders at the time, by the name of Rex Pratt, which Brian made aware of what was going on at the school, and Mr. Pratt in turn formed Miss. Kersh. Brian was sorely deceived by her, when she confronted him about the evidence he had, and vowed to do right for him & the students at the school. This individual, hiding behind the Sovereignty Law of Arkansas, lead to Brian, and our family being terrorized & victimized. This lead to tremendous emotional stress & physical suffering of our mom being driven multiple times into the hospital, starting just before Thanksgiving 2018. On February 17, 2020 she was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery, which left her fighting for her life for five months. Doris Elmina Springer Ridlon passed away on July 16, 2020. Just twelve days after her seventy-third birthday on July the fourth. All because of this horrible Sovereignty Law passed in 1957, that prevented Little Rock Nine from being able to attend Central High School.

      5.) I could go into great deal more of details of the persecution & abuse. The State of Arkansas, in response to the U.S. Supreme Court decision of Oliver Brown Versus The Board of Education of Topeka, Kansas in 1954 was the vary start of the Civil Rights Movement of Elder Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.. I know we’ll find ourselves discovering this incredibly shocking history of how we became civil rights activists in 2018, fighting to give a voice to give a voice to the students of ACTI, and us fighting for justice for our family. And keeping our promise to the students of ACTI, to be the voice for them. That they would not have to worry about facing persecution of going to jail, which they were afraid of. And now we realize, that we tread lightly lightly on the footsteps of civil rights activists that came before us. That Broken Equality/The Civil Rights Movement for People Disabilities, and Native American Equality are truly resurrecting the dream Elder Rev. Dr Martin Luther King Jr.. And we are fighting the same fight, that he was fighting. Except, the fight is now against the Sovereignty Law, that was created to oppress nine brave African-American students at Central High School. The same law that oppressed & terrorized myself, Brian, our family, the fellow students of ACTI, and the involuntarily manslaughter of Doris Elmina Springer Ridlon. We are asking the United States of America federal government, President Biden & Vice President Harris, to join the history books with the first civil rights President, Dwight David Eisenhower, and strike down this law born of racism, the Sovereignty Law. Let’s finish the dreams of Elder Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and afford a quality education to all God’s children here in the United States of America. Sincerely, Matthew Ridlon And for the founder of Broken Equality, Brian Andrew Ridlon (And for Jay Hart?) Signature: Brian A. Ridlon Signature: Matthew R. Susan Sward Comm. exp. 03-16-2028 PS: With the evidence & research we have gathered we are absolutely 100% planning on planning to have a book published, and film documentary produced telling the story. Which we have well over 150 videos, a multitude photographs, numerous e-mails, and other forms of documentation that very easily proves our story true. Thank you! God Bless!

    I actually shut down the old World War II Army Navy hospital historical national monument in the United States of America. That is actually where my civil rights story got started in 2016,Later I met my wife in 2018 where I actually decided to send my wife to college she was very brilliant. So I put broken equality on hold except for research and necessary important things that needed to be done. So I could figure out the truth about what was really going on here in the state of Arkansas dealing with some very interesting laws they were being hidden from me. So I decided to perform an investigation collecting physical documentation videos secret recordings of me video recording people unaware that that was what was happening so I could get physical proof and clues towards getting me closer and closer to what they were hiding from me. Let’s just simply say I got my questions answered. Most of the civil rights movement that is going on in the United States of America is tied to myself. So basically I am the only true modern day civil rights leader and all of the United States of America like I said tied to some very incredible history which is now a part of the Filipino history or Philippine history especially through my wife so I would really like the opportunity to maybe meet you in the future I think it would make for a very exciting podcast conversation and you seem to love our home Campelipa & Baclayan of Daram in western Samar. So like I said I have a house there and it is my home away from home here in Little Rock Arkansas god bless you sir

    I wanted to reach out to you here and share my story with you I told you was a civil rights leader. Which a lot of work has gone into my civil rights story. a lot of work. My lovely wife is also a part of my civil rights story she’s one of the cofounders of broken equality. Which actually I found out that my story is very intimately tied to a lot of United States of America in history primarily dealing with the 1950s and 1960s civil rights era and all of those civil rights icons. Which basically means my wife is absolutely 100% intimately tied to that civil rights history as well plus there’s a lot more United States of American history it’s tied to our civil rights story and civil rights leaders. Interesting enough my wife is a civil rights leader of the United States of America with myself and my brother which I started that journey with her in 2018. I just recently traveled to the Philippines last February celebrated Valentine’s Day there in Baclayan which was absolutely an incredible celebration I loved my time in Campelipa & Baclayan which I absolutely 100% consider at home plus I absolutely on a house with my lovely wife in Campelipa. Like I said my wife has a lot of family members in Campelipa & Baclayan I do mean a lot of family members which that means they’re my family too and I love them very much so I absolutely love everyone in those villages. Let me just go ahead and I’ll share with you my civil rights story which granted these are notarized from my country which I have absolutely 100% been confirmed as my country’s history. but it’s my discovery so these are federal documents. So this is a pretty incredible story so if you ever want to meet me I am planning on traveling back to the Philippines. I didn’t get a chance to go fishing in the ocean so I’m going to bring two very compact fishing rods and fishing reels and I want to go fishing with my nephews and nieces my wife and my family. And I absolutely loved staying in our home of Campelipa & Baclayan. I wasn’t going to put this up on Facebook I don’t feel quite as comfortable on that social media platform there’s a lot of reasons why. But nevertheless when I’m telling you this is a very tremendously powerful story, that’s the truth. In my country is a very interesting country very interesting I do plan on doing blogs with my lovely wife About several different ideas I want to do comparison videos of the Philippines compared to the United States of America. I’m talking about some really eye-opening blogs UA-cam videos things that are absolutely going to make people stop 🛑 not really quite fully understand what they’re saying but be incredibly shocked I have some very huge ideas when it comes to my UA-cam blog channel when I decide to do that as a civil rights leader with my wife so let’s go ahead and share that story of my civil rights story I hope you get a chance to see this message God bless you Angelico Yhan sincerely Brian Ridlon
