Faeries pixies whatever the names. I believe in them. I used to go walking in nature in different places around the country and I've never seen one, but I have felt the presence of something else but I never shared the experience with anyone else because it felt like it was meant for just me at that moment and shouldn't be spoken of

Years ago when lived in Sedona Az, one afternoon while leaving an elementary school yard I happened upon to young lads arguing near a bush. I inquired why the arguement? Older lad says He doesnt beleive me that i saw a little man in the bush! I peered into bush and saw a teeny little old man wearing green and brown and a hat. I telepathically asked wee man his name very Loudly he said"Ruttabegga!" I looked up at the lads saying "Yes he did see the tiny man and his name is "Ruttabegga" the older lads jaw dropped and he looked at me Wide-Eyed saying "Thats what he said!"😮

One summer night my daughter and I stayed up late. I was playing piano and the windows were open. My girl said something.....and I stopped playing to go into the kitchen. Suddenly we heard bells from outside the kitchen window.......they zipped around to the front of the house.....like it was on a horse! We met out front......I then said......"what did you hear?" She told me.......bells Mom. Flying in the air. Oh yes they're real alright O'boyle. God's blessings to you.

I see them all. You have to have child like eyes. I have a question for you if you ever see this. I believe i am sonehow related to them. I actually have one . Hes been sticking with me. Idk what it is he wants. Hes a very handsome fairy. Hes always wearing armor. Silver armor. Covering most of his face even. You dont think he is safe? I have enough negativity in my life i just want to be sure that i am safe. I cant hear them talk... it gives me horrible aching in my ears. Also, i do not want to make him angry. I can point them out to you , you know, besides the obvious ones buzzing about i. This video, i can show you the others. Theres so many. I have a gift you see. I recieved it about a year to a year and a half ago. Thats why i see them. Fairys. Angels. Demons. Ect. I really do see them. I mean no disrespect. I am so curoous about the things ive seen and im trying to learn more. Thank you.

I know without a shadow of a doubt that the fairies are real. I have had so many wonderful experiences. Look back on all the things science has said don’t exist - until along comes a technology that allows the unseen to be seen. Their vibration is much higher than ours, but the day will come when it will be understood and proven and humans will once again be in partnership with the elementals and we will open our hearts and minds to them.

I'm an American. Raised to accept science and the modern world. I did have an Irish great grandmother, but don't consider that to be much of an Irish heritage. In the late 1980s I went to Ireland, and 2 incidents that happened there have convinced me that faeries or pukkas or spirits of some kind definitely exist. In the first one, I was on the motorway with my mother and grandmother, reading to them out of a guidebook about pukkas. Suddenly, there was a deafening impact and the next moment, our windshield shattered into a thousand pieces. Mom, who was driving, had to keep going, as we were in heavy traffic, but it was now freezing, and the next moment, we were enveloped by a heavy, putrid smell that made us retch. (The guidebook had mentioned stinks as one of the pukka trademarks, as well as violent actions seemingly out of nowhere.) The agent from the car rental place said over the phone that it sounded like a piece of loose rock had got churned up by a lorry tire, but when he came out and saw the car, and the piece of road we'd been driving on, he said it couldn't have been that. The 2nd thing happened at Glendalough, a 6th c. monastery. Some nuns and a priest were telling the story of its founder, St. Kevin, who had spurned the advances of a local girl, who tracked him down to a cave high on a cliff. The priest said he seized her and threw her to her death to preserve his chastity. One of the nuns added that she came back as a ghost "and haunted him sweetly to the end of his days." I was appalled. "You guys made him a SAINT?" I cried. "He was a MURDERER! Isn't that supposed to be a mortal sin?" They were shocked; this seemed never to have occurred to them before. "No, no," said one of the nuns. "He didn't kill her. He converted her." But it was too little, too late. As I walked joined the other tourists on the path to see the round tower, I suddenly got this strange feeling. I wanted to rip off all my clothes and run shrieking and laughing into the bushes. The closer I got to the tower, the stronger the feeling became. (Nothing like this had ever happened before, and has never happened since.) Finally I stopped walking. "I don't feel well," I told my mother, through gritted teeth (I was barely able to speak at that point) "I'll wait for you back at the gift shop." Mom was alarmed by my appearance, and told me later I was as white as a corpse, and I'd broken out in a cold sweat. The moment I turned around I started to feel better, and by the time I reached the gift shop I was perfectly fine. So, do I believe? Yes, indeed. What do I believe? I don't know specifically, but Ireland is evidently permeated by some kind of fierce paranormal energy, and speaking about them out loud seems to make them angry.

My grandfather told us the real tales about the Fair Folk, stories like this one, and there was no wish granting in those. He said to pay attention because they'd either come to the New world long ago or they were already here (and there are Trooping Fairies) and these stories were really telling us the rules for living with them. He said to always respect the spirits and the Wise Ones whose home is the land you're standing on. As children, we listened soberly and committed every word to memory. When the time came, I told my own children the stories and my oldest daughter has forbidden me from telling hr children some of the darker stories like the tale of the Wild Hunt., until they're older. I found a real fairy stone once. It was on the bank of a creek, dried up long ago, and I gave it to my oldest son and told him what it was, how rare it was, how to care for it and what it was for. I found out many years later he'd given it away to some girl and now, wishes he had it back. I looked my whole life for one for myself but so far, no luck. I've seen them advertised on places like eb ay but you can't buy them, you must find them for the magic to be properly intact. I hope these videos remain online forever for people to enjoy and learn from. Wouldn't it be lovely to have all of the old tales where everyone can read and learn about them? And it's so much better when it's a Seanchaí who's telling the stories.

It's so interesting to hear these stories! My daughter goes to Rudolf Steiner pre school and they have beautiful pictures of fairies and read stories about fairies. I don't think we have an exact match for fairies in our folklore in Finland, but I absolutely believe in elves, or they might be called goblins also. I was alone at my friend's summer cottage and roasting meat wrapped in foil on the sauna kiuas. Then I took the meat away without leaving any offering for the sauna elf, how rude! So he took away my lighter. I looked away for a second, and the lighter vanished. I looked everywhere for 10 minutes. Then desperately, I asked for him to give it back. And it appeared in the middle of the bench. I made sure to leave an offering of meat for him in the sauna!

Out of the corner of my eye, I used to see little guys dressed in brown robes; overall impression was brown; but they were very quick, would kind of "whoosh" into and out of sight. Never said anything to my kids or anyone about them. One day my son, about 12 years old, was sitting with me in our kitchen/dining area, kind of glanced beside him, then said "who the heck are those speedy little brown guys?" "They're involved with healing, I think they're called Brownies" I replied, and we didn't ever discuss it again.

A friend of a friend had a cousin who was lucky enough to land a cushy job for the summer working in a big city department store as a store detective. At first he was very enthusiastic about his responsibilities and had a great thrill and satisfaction when he’d stalk and catch a shoplifter, although he didn’t enjoy the brutal interrogation part in the confines of the holding area designated for meting out rough justice to the culprits but took part nonetheless as it was the policy at the time. Anyway, one day, it was getting close to autumn, in came an extraordinary diminutive fellow, with a rather unusual look about him, and this immediately raised suspicions in the eyes of the seasonal sleuth, so he followed him around the different departments, until, sure enough, he caught him, the little fellow, stuffing a knob of butter down his tight mustard green trousers. Quick as a flash our lad grabbed the tike by the arm and marched him through to the room at the back and began giving him a good kicking to soften him up. That’s when something strange started to happen, recounted the cousin, the little man vanished into thin air before his very eyes and all that was left was a big knob of butter, melting through his fingers and onto the industrial strength carpet that lay, between the soles of his boots and the cold, uninviting concrete of the floor. He left the job soon afterwards and never worked a day in his life ever again.

I grew up in Italy in the countryside by the mountains. one of the stories about them was that the fairies would go at night to the stables and that they would be platting the horses and cows hair. that's how my Grandparents would find the animals in the morning anyway 🧚🏼‍♂️🧚🏼‍♀️🧚🏼

I'm 60yrs old and Australian. I 💯 percent believe in fairies. I saw a female one in a bush in our garden about twilight when I was about 2yrs. It was summer and mum was bringing in the washing late. I was toddling around, when I saw her looking at me from behind a leaf 🍃. I remember distinctly, going a few steps and crouching on my feet , I looked at her, she looked up at me , she wasn't frightened of me, probably because of my innocence. Mum called me after a few seconds and I just toddled off. I told her, I saw a little lady in the bush, I didn't know many words at that age, and definitely hadn't heard of fairies. It was then mum told me , oh Louie, you saw the fairy. Mum was part Irish, she knew she was there all along, but never ever mentioned it, till I revealed my sighting. I will always, always know they exist. ❤❤

Fable of the cry wolf is so important. If someone whom you know, to be an honest person, tells you something extraordinary. Why would you not extend them the benefit of the doubt. This is why integrity matters. One day, you will need someone to believe in you. My grand would always have us bid good morning to the fairys as we crossed the bridge across the beck. That said. She liked a whiskey as much as any Irish. 😂

I've seen Fairies twice in my life. One looked at me when I was running down a trail in Ohio. He was hugging a tree and was almost invisible, but he realized I saw him. What did I do? I nodded and went my way. When I ran past that tree the next day, he was not there. The second was in my own back yard to a place under a tree that my pets paid a lot of attention to. I was sure it was just a gopher or some other animal until I spotted and small being, fully formed and proportional at the entrance of the hollow under the tree. Again, he knew I saw him. Again, I just nodded and let him be. In both cases I think I was rewarded with a little peace and fortune. The moral is, if you encounter one of these folk, show some respect and leave them alone.

People would never plant potatoes in a ringfort out of fear of the fairies but during a time of famine in the 1860s, two boys did plant in a ringfort out of sheer desperation, and when they did, he discovered the Ardagh Chalice! I guess the fairies took pity on them.

Fairy Rings are ontop of olde Celtc circular stone sacrificial sites where the Druids worshipped and held their cermonial rituals. Nearby a tree would absorb all the spiritual energy from the blood sacrfices blessed by ritualistic prayers of the Druid priests. Their roots would drink in that blood and the tree would absorb all that energy. The tree would stand out with certain characteristics from others. It would have more roots growing on the outside of the trunk or moss. Branches would twist and turn, and some grew thorns; where others produced spring blossoms. This tree that stood out from all the other trees might even have a certain greenish glow at night. The moss would shine an irrevescent green, and this would attract the fairies. The tree is known throughout folklore from our ancestors as a "Fairy Tree." Not unlike the one that Joan of Arc danced around as a child, before she was asked by the Saints to defend France.

It had a long tail with a club at the end which appeared to counterbalance it. It flapped very slowly and from head to tail seemed to flow more similarly to a snake in the sky or dragon. It looked to be about 5ft long from head to tail with a similar wingspan to boot. Ive never been able to find anyrging renotely xlose to what I saw, looked like a dinosaur bird.

I consider myself a man of science, but also have the humility to know there are things out there that I don't yet know about. There's many first hand accounts such as these, so there may be something to them. Everything works by some mechanism, so the question then becomes what is the nature of these mechanisms? I have no reason to believe they are not knowable. Some folk believe in ET. How is this any different?

I am a Fairy ,descendant of Darby O’ Gill of Moy Garda Mound on the shore of Lough Gara and I wish to confirm that my brother Laughlin and his then girl friend Mabhey were transported to Wales on the back of a friendly seagull which they often used as local transport. I am sure from the description that the fairy described by Candy is my long lost brother as he was green in colour and had a desire to grow toadstools at the foot of a large oak tree on the top of a mountain. I wish to thank you for the the hopeful information and vow to be on the next bird to Wales Slainte

Sheridan LeFanu's fairies were no "wee folk," but some rather ugly customers, full-sized and malicious, based on accounts he had heard.
