I watched a couple of her videos and found them interesting, but I think we call ourselves masters way too fast. She does not have enough under her belt to consider herself a Master at this craft. Her own following count does not show that she is a master brand builder, or she would have multi millions of core followers. She was behind a great man who was obviously going to sell himself no matter who pushed his product. Because HE is the one that people were signing up to listen to. I know she might think she had a lot to do with it, because she did initiate the social media progression… but the man and his power behind the account is why it grew. It was going to grow anyway, it was all about timing. But where are the countless other accounts she grew to this same number? Why isn’t her own brand not at the same capacity as The motivational speaker? Because she’s not a master in fact. Just on her way and maybe she is really good, but this is not what we consider a master in the field. Everyone is regurgitating the next, asking Chat GPT but not many are really masters anymore at anything according to what people today, consider a master to be. To be a master at anything, you need countless years of proven success. You would need to have pivoted 30, 40, 50 plus clients/accounts to heightened success. So people need to stop calling people masters simply bc their track record is better than yours. Because it’s a bit ridiculous at this point and shows that GenZ has no idea what Mastery is yet alone able to accomplish it.
