@@rheamaesantillan7579 9001 po will state the specific requirement for the certification. And 9000 provides you the vocabulary and fundamentals. Like reference po. But they are both part of Quality management.

Hindi naman po. Hindi siya legal requirement. Pero try nyo sila by the book. Hingan mu san nasusulat ang requirement na yan. Usually nagiging requirement siya if you are working with clients at nakasulat sa contract nyo yan na dapt ISO kayo. Or kinukuha lang nila is yung ISO certified. Minsan kasi pera pera na yan. Papa certified kayo sa recommend nila then un pala eh may something sila hehe.

Try nyo po check or mag request sa manufacturer mismo (thru email). Nag reresponse naman sila. I experienced that before. If medicine po yan eh prescription lang ng doc. Ang need for travel and make sure na hindi prohibited sa bansa ung meds na dadalhin nyo. Especially in the middle east. Hindi po kayo pwedeng gumawa. It should be from the manufacturer.

It is created by manufacturer po. That based on the guidelines of GHS. You can get a copy of your product SDS from the supplier or from the internet. Then use it as a reference to create a COSHH assessment .

Hello po. Hindi po mandatory requirement ang ISO. But, it is normally now required from the Client side na dapat ISO certified (like QMH, HSEMS) ang mga kukuha ng projects nila.

You mean ma certified po? You need to develop your Management system, implement, verify the implementation then get a company na nag auaudit/certify like BV, TUV, etc.

Sa ISO website nila mam. Pero may downloadable naman na guidelines at standard copy sa google na free.

You need to attend the course which is usually a 5days training. (depends on the type of delivery training). Just make sure that the course & trainjng center is an approved CQI & IRCA.
