Can we trust their delivery? I have seen many complaints regarding no delivery when ordered through their official site.

Thank you for your detailed howto. I placed my order on the website on 03/09/2024 and e-mailed them that I want to pay by paypal. It took them a few days, but they finally sent me a paypal link and the payment succeeded. The watch was dispatched on 12/09/2024 and a tracking number was supplied. I could track that the watch completed the journey in Russia quickly and reached New Delhi International Mail Centre on 21/09/2024. It was held by customs for two weeks. They finally released it on 07/10/2024 and it was delivered to me on 09/10/2024 at my address. I had to pay the postman a customs fee of Rs. 942.00 although the watch was labelled as a gift with value 20 USD. Indian customs had opened the package and inspected it. It was repacked with seals of Foreign Post Delhi. The contents remained undamaged.
