Hey, how do you remove outside AC cover ? Climb over or is there a something else

I would have gone with a slimmer window(maybe two) in the back to fit the "sliding door look"... the way you did the window clashes with the "look". And a more ridged screen for the projector. But that could be changed easily Like the rest of the build is great.

Did you create a better vapor barrier on the walls by sealing every little gap? Even a little bit of moisture that gets into those walls will cause condensation. You won't notice it until the damage is obvious.

Probably not a good idea tile on top of bare plywood for a wet/humid shower. Otherwise nice work.
