Use a seperate Microphone to record Audio and apply some noise filters. This is not just horrible to listen too, it's also out of sync. You're not doing this channel any favours by uploading videos like these.

Message to -- > JOY WORLD HEYBALL TOUR: The audio is terrible is almost every clip you upload. Who ever is doing you audio editing, needs to find a new job. Even if the audio is only recorded in one channel, you can easily make it stereo and remove noise. It takes only a few minutes to fix the audio. So why are you not doing it?
