I am about to buy an Air 3 to fly autonomous Litchi missions beyond signal range, so even before watching this video clip, I knew I'd be deriving valuable lessons from it. Subbed and liked fer sure.

Great job with using Waypoints! I used Waypoints with a previous drone via the Maven app! I cannot use that now so I am leaning towards the Air 3 or perhaps the future Air 3s. Thanks for sharing!

Nice video. The BlackBird ( family ) of aircraft are probably among the greatest engendered planes of all time. Maybe 2nd to the Wright Flyer ; which without there would be no other planes. A lot of the technology and engineering that made the BlackBirds has been used in other planes and other needs.

You say you were at max altitude 400' ... however, the drone was only around 100' above the ground? (if that) Surely your drone is able to fly another 300' higher because IT is way less than it's maximum altitude? The drones need to have a ground/altitude sensor so it can be flown at up to 400' above THE TERRAIN? I am being sarcastic of course. Theoretically, if one wants to fly over sky scrapers over 400' above the ground, you only need to fly 'from the roof of one of the sky scrapers'.... then you should be able to fly the drone 400' above the top of the sky scraper... (or in the same airspace as airplanes)? So, If I go for a fly IN a helicopter... say to 5000' ... then my drone can be flown up to 5,400'? The laws need to be adjusted to not be so stupid imo.
