You guys are absolutely ridiculous with the price. Nice to know this is how money laundering goes. What a load of crap. It's sold 2 years ago for 9.5 million and now you guys are selling for 60 million?! 🤣🤣 I've read supposedly everything you guys have done which is a lie because that stuff was like that when you bought it 2 years ago. The new things are the pool, greenhouse and fountain in the new driveway which is crappie compared to the old one. The pool doesn't match the home. It's like you did the tile in the same as hotels 🤣 The fountain and greenhouse is poorly placed. Someone is going to hit them both and why the original owners never put a fountain in or had put a structure where the greenhouse is. You were better off putting the greenhouse lower in the 37 acres. Driveway is horrible! You tore up the old driveway which matched the home all to put a fountain in which Someone will hit, promise you that. But you added the Grey on the driveway which doesn't match? You guys claim you spent 30 million dollars on new renovations but where?????? The crap you are claiming on the inside was already like that when they built it but now you are lying and trying to take credit for it???? I hope who ever puts a contract on this property says here's 11 million because it's not worth past that 🤣 hopefully they dig and do their research and find out when the home was first sold, it wasn't even a half a million. It more looks like you guys are laundering money than anything. Plus by selling it at 60 million dollars you guys are going to shoot the property tax through the roof and it's already bad enough in Colorado after their government was highjacked from people from California. <-- that's not make believe either, locals hate their government because it's so freaking liberal. Robber and thieves and this place is showing that in the price after 2 years. What a joke!
