Carl Dittrich, Broker, and his wife, Cynthia Joannou, Broker/Associate, have been Naples residents since 1998, after living in New York and Germany, and are both fluent in German and French. Carl, who has held a Florida real estate license since 1999, has an M.B.A. in finance and enjoyed an international investment banking and commercial real estate career spanning several decades. Cynthia has an extensive sales and marketing background, as well as over 20 years experience as a Naples area REALTOR.
