I think the tranceperency and removal of pay to play from big business is great. I know the tax payer will foot this bill but if we make those companies pay their fair share of tax then it will be no burden at all. The concern for independents and new entrants is where careful considerations need to be made, this bill cant make it more cushy for the big two parties.
